Very nice hotel close to city center
The whole experience was great. The owner, Hans, greeted me upon arrival. Check-In was very quick and easy, within a few minutes I was escorted to my room. The room was furnished nicely with mostly antique furniture, the bathroom was more modern. It only takes about a 5 minute walk to get to City Center. I would definitely stay here again.

Hans was very friendly and helpful. He helped us book a good restaurant for dinner. The breakfast had plenty of delicious and healthy choices. The room was clean and generally quiet. Slippers and kettle in the room for tea were pluses. The only drawback in the bathroom was that there wasn’t any racks for hanging towels.

Great place to stay, 10 minute walk to central Brugge. Generous breakfast run by kind and helpful hosts. Just the odd touch needed in the room we stayed in, no towel bars for one. Stairs to first floor daunting if have a large suitcase but assistance will be provided if needed.

The best host you could ever ask for. My wife, 2 yr old son, and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners made everything perfect and made our son the happiest when they gave him a box of toys to take to our room so he could play with them the entire time we were there. In the mornings the breakfast was perfect and had a place for our son ready and waiting for him when we got down there. Honestly the owners love what they do and you can see it in how they treat their guests and the attention to detail they put into everything. The next time we are in Bruges we will be definitely staying there.

Hotel Lucca was a lovely quaint hotel and the room was much bigger than we expected. Hans the owner was very helpful and full of interesting stories. The breakfast while simple was plentiful and fresh evey day. Only a few mins walk from the Christmas markets
