Great overall, and a fantastic location. The walls are a bit thin in the annex, and the weird lack of a king size duvet (two singles don’t make for a good cuddle!), let it down a little. Very good breakfast choices.

Staff was very helpful from getting us settled to making reservations. Easy walk to everything. The only thing we didn’t like is not being able to keep the fan on in our room at night. It made it hot and without the fan running nothing to drown out the noises around us. Not overly noisy but fan would have helped.

This property had magical views of enchanting Bruges from the third floor room. It is very close to the center but still quite place to be. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The only issue was the room cleanliness. I walked in the toilet it was not clean. They tried to clean the room and changed my room. The people very very nice and apologetic. The breakfast was a delight and gave me a good start of the day.

Lovely hotel with great service and a convenient location. We stayed in the annex in a large premium suite. Breakfast was amazing! We asked for gluten-free options and each received a basket of goodies. The buffet included eggs, meat, cheese, and fruit. The only negative was a weak wifi in the annex. There is a flight of stairs to the annex which was not an issue for us.

the desk staffs were well very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I felt so at home at this place. the fee for the room was above my expeditions. in Dallas Texas, this room would cost over $300.00. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I want to start by saying the staff is so very lovely. Heads up, if you are reserving the "comfort" room, take note these rooms are NOT in the hotel. They are around the corner in the parking garage. They do have a window that faces right into the smoke yard so don't expect to open the window. We found this out the hard way.. I ended up having to pay for an upgrade to a room that faces into the street. The problem with that is there is a hostel and a club style restaurant across the street from this hotel. The music goes on until at least 2:30 in the morning and then 3 o'clock in the morning from the club just down the street. The garbage pick up and the maintenance crew are out at 6 AM so don't expect to get much sleep. Other than that, the breakfast was OK, and the comfort of the beds. Also, just OK I would have expected more from a hotel like this. I would not recommend to stay here. But like I said, at the beginning, the staff was really amazing.

Lovely hotel is great location close to the market square and the canal. Hotel is within walking distance of the sights. Bar and breakfast area are lovely. We had to switch rooms as the 1st room Which I booked was a premium room but had no shower only a bath. 2nd room I think was a standard room was quite small but adequate, this room had a bath with a shower head over the bath.
