Gorgeous property located in a unique gated community with wide open spaces and spectacular views of the lake and surrounding areas. This spacious bi-level condominium has two master bedrooms complete with walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms. The ground level has the main living room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as access to a deck and outdoor seating. The downstairs has a living room, master bedroom, and bunk beds for additional sleeping. The basement has walkout access to the lower patio and back lawn area. The lawn area is well maintained and perfect area for cornhole, volleyball/football games or any other group activity you can imagine.

The house has beautiful new hard surface flooring that gives it a bright and open feel. The house is outfitted with high end furniture, bedding, and linens.

This area offers numerous recreation options. Just down the road is the 18 Hole Bayside public golf course and Bar and Grill which is open from March thru October. Hooks Bar and Grill is a local favorite and located near the Van's Boat Ramp which has boat ramp access to the lake and miles of beach access. Don't discount nearby Ogallala for shopping and dining opportunities.

Lake McConaughy weekend
Perfect for our family stay! Plenty of room for my husband and I and our son, daughter in law and grandson. It was nice that the lower level had a family room, a second master with bath, bunk beds in the family room, and a second full bath for our son and his family.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhome and it was a convenient location to both Vans and the Bayside golf course. The home was very clean and everything was updated and fresh. Plenty of parking for our boat and the patio and deck were fanstastic. Thank you!
