When a tropical beach getaway is on your mind and you're looking for accommodations that bring the luxury, comfort, and privacy to match, booking a stay at Casa De Playa is the perfect solution! This 4-bedroom, 3-bath St. Simons Island vacation rental with a heated pool (12x24) can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests as well as two dogs for those who can't imagine a getaway without the company of their canine companions.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Spring Break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
Dogs are allowed with a $150 pet fee per dog (2 dogs maximum).
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $65/night upon request.

Had a good trip
The property itself is very nice, and so is the location. We had a couple of small issues that were quickly corrected by management. However, if I am being charged extra for "cleaning" I don't think I should be expected to help do the cleaning. We were expected to place our dishes into the dishwasher, take out the trash, place dirty towels into a pile and strip the beds. What exactly was my cleaning fee covering?

Perfect Home...will stay again!
This lovely and well-appointed home was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (and more)! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There wasn't a thing missing! It is a great location to easily get to downtown St Simons/the beach and to head the other direction for grocery/shopping/Sea Island. While it was a little chilly to utilize the outside, the pool/chairs/fireplace/sitting area/side yard are amazing and would be fantastic for the summer.

Hurricane Helene fun
This property was perfect for our weekend stay. House was very clean and well equipped.The location was perfect. Hurricane Helene hit our first of three nights there and we lost power. We were still able to cook with the grill and gas stove, but it would have also been nice to be able to open the windows(there are no screens, so that was not an option with mosquitos being bad).since there was no power, and travel around was difficult, we decided to cut our trip short and leave a day early. We passed the time enjoying the outside pool area; my son cleaned all the debris from the pool and we picked up most of the yard debris. We didn’t ask for any refunds, but it would have been nice to receive some kind of discount. My only recommendation for this property would be window screens and maybe a small generator to use to at least run ceiling fans. If there is ever a chance to change out the hot water heater, a gas heater would have made showers bearable! Hopefully, we will have a future opportunity to visit this property again.

Fantastic Stay at Casa De Playa!
We had an absolutely amazing time at Casa De Playa! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the home and surroundings were. The lush tropical landscaping and the immaculate pool area made us feel like we were in a private paradise. The house had everything we needed and more — it was fully stocked and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location couldn't have been better! Whether we wanted to enjoy the beach or explore the shops and restaurants of Pier Village, everything was just a short drive or walk away. It was so easy to get around the island from this central spot. The outdoor space was a dream! We loved spending time by the heated pool and enjoying dinners on the patio. Having a fireplace outside was such a nice touch for those cooler evenings. This place is truly a gem, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!

Great place in quiet neighborhood
The whole family had a great time. The rooms were clean and large enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. The airport is quite close and was busy during the day, but the neighborhood was quiet in the evenings. The only complaint we had was that the outdoor furniture was covered in dog hair, which messed with my allergies.

This is a beautiful home, well designed around casual living. The home is close to the small, quaint shopping area. It is a walkable distance but in the warmer weather, we drove. The pool area was large with lots of seating both in and out of the sun. The photos depict the property accurately.

Even better than the pictures!
We had 5 generations of family stay/meet up at this gorgeous home. The pool area is a huge highlight, and the kitchen has all the essentials you will need. We went around the island, but honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the house as we cooked out and enjoyed the heated pool. The layout of the home is great also (shaped like a U) with 3 bedrooms on one side (two kings and two twins with a trundle) and 1 bedroom on the other side (queen with its own bath), and the kitchen and living area in the middle. All of the rooms have a view of the pool (except the twin beds room) - that room had a view of the several hundred year old magnolia tree (gorgeous)! There is a grassy area on either side of the pool with beautiful foliage including an Australian fern, a black walnut tree, a loquat tree, loads of rose bushes, a Japanese maple, palm trees, and near the parking pad are olive trees. Just gorgeous! Also, it says parking for 4, but we had family come in for the day and visit and there is actually room for 6 vehicles if you count the garage area and right outside the courtyard. This place was an absolute dream and we loved every minute of it. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Also, we dealt with Susan from LilMar Properties and she was fantastic!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! The property was exactly as described. It was clean and well equipped for our stay, The location was perfect, as a short drive away from the Pier. A New Favorite
This was our first time staying at King's Terrace. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. We loved the one-level design and the comfortable, convenient indoor/outdoor living space. The kitchen/den were spacious but cozy. Our favorite areas and restaurants on the island were within walking distance or a quick 2 - 3 minute drive. Another great stay!
This is the second time we have rented this home in St.Simons and it didn’t disappoint. The house is a perfect layout for 2 families and the pool/courtyard is the best place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. This is an incredibly beautiful property, well planned and beautifully appointed and yet very family friendly. We loved everything about the house, but most especially thought that the yard was incredible. We love the pool we loved the fireplace in the evening. We weren’t able to get the lights to work on the pool or on the left side of the front porch as you face the house, but those were minor inconveniences. We would love to stay there again at some point in the future.
