Our room was clean and cool and we had a peaceful night's sleep, so as a facility, I found the property pretty good. Unfortunately the receptionist at checkout was reluctant to assist me, told me the system could not provide the information I requested and there was no one she could call to help. After much persistence eventually I was told it could be emailed if they had my address on file which I provided, then she told me I could wait or leave! When I said that I'd initially been told it was not possible to provide this information, she denied it and announced she wasn't going to do it and disappeared. If you're expecting friendly, helpful staff, you may want to look elsewhere.

This hotel is definitely not worth the money. There was mold on the refrigerator, nasty splatters running down the walls. The tub/shower had hair in it(not my hair) there was a very annoying beeping sound coming from the night stand plug in ( I had to unplug it) empty Kleenex box, stained wash clothes & towels.Upon checking in the young man said a $100 deposit was required. Why???? I wouldnā€™t recommend this hotel.Also some real sketchy people walking around

Made the reservation, they saw the reservation online but refused to allow me in because apparently they had not gotten ā€œpaidā€ by Expedia although we showed receipts. Before arriving I called to confirm and the guy was really rude on the phone and had told me everything was fine. Then once I arrived, they said they could not help that we had to deal With Expedia.

Expedia claims this is a pet-friendly hotel. It is not. Hotel website says it's no pets, and if you bring a dog onto the premises it's $250 extra. I called the hotel and was told it would be $50 extra for our dog. We did not bring the dog. When I signed the waiver upon check-in, it said pet fee was $35.

Iā€™ve stayed at Days Inn for years, recent visit was good until I was accused of stealing 3 towels, that were never inside the room. Which I didnā€™t mind. So me and my husband extended our stay until Monday and when he ask for towels as they were cleaning they accused us of stealing there towels and i explained, towels was never there, and I never left out the room since checked in on Friday and I told them look at your cameras, you want even see us take out bags out or us leave out the room with towels. I even emptied out our bags nothing was there. I explained to the guy, I donā€™t steal and why would I. It could have been an honest mistake on there part. But we didnā€™t complain about it. Now what really made my decision to NEVER EVER stay there again, once they have clean the room, they didnā€™t give us any towels. And at check out charged us 15.00 each for 3 towels. Very nasty service and unethical. And Iā€™ll take my business elsewhere!
