Normally I have no issues with staying at the 4 points however this time it wasn't so great. Idk if it was Orbitz or the GM but people should have been notified that this area was impacted by the hurricane. Grateful that the power came back on but a heads up would have been nice. Also it's 2024 stop being a cheap owner and get a generator for your business when extreme weather hits. My tv had sound issues but I believe it was do to the hurricane so I didn't bother to inform staff. The front desk staff were very patient, and communicated immediately with each guest about not having power. They were checking in people very promptly making sure to leave rooms available for residents that already had a reserved room. I swear it's like they never took off that entire weekend. Those ladies deserve a raise!

Lovely! A must stay!
We booked this hotel last minute after our first one didn’t work out.. Absolutely lovely people to work with and our room was gorgeous! The bar and restaurant was wonderful and charming! Such a fantastic experience and we will definitely book with them again whenever we find ourselves back in Brunswick!

Stayed one night. Staff was courteous, helpful at check in. Room was clean, no bedbugs!! No mold in the bathroom. Check out was good. We had a light on the AC unit that was like a “strobe light “ and management was quick to get maintenance involved. Overall 10/10!

Nice stay!
Very nice, newer property, with comfortable rooms, and a very nice, classy lobby area. Located right off of I-95, the location is convenient for travel, and about a 10-15min drive from historic downtown Brunswick The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and professional!
