Normally I have no issues with staying at the 4 points however this time it wasn't so great. Idk if it was Orbitz or the GM but people should have been notified that this area was impacted by the hurricane. Grateful that the power came back on but a heads up would have been nice. Also it's 2024 stop being a cheap owner and get a generator for your business when extreme weather hits. My tv had sound issues but I believe it was do to the hurricane so I didn't bother to inform staff. The front desk staff were very patient, and communicated immediately with each guest about not having power. They were checking in people very promptly making sure to leave rooms available for residents that already had a reserved room. I swear it's like they never took off that entire weekend. Those ladies deserve a raise!
