The rooms cost so much and not very up to date and then They charge you more fees on top of that. There were leaks in the ceilings and stains on the carpets. When I first got there they gave me the wrong room and I had to go back down to get it fixed. I will never stay here again. There was a nice hotel down the way that did not cost as much and it comes with breakfast.

Best bang for the buck
Overall amazing hotel and the staff was top notch. Amenities in the area were excellent and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet getaway that’s off the beaten path.

It is a beautiful hotel and loved seeing the ocean and being able to walk around the village. All we needed was there. Exceptionally clean and comfortable - bed, chairs, desk. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice pool area. Loved the Starbucks cafe.

Good Features ; Excellent location on Jekyll easy parking , shuttle available to take you wherever you would like to go on island must return to hotel by 10pm . beach behind hotel easy walk and nice lounge chairs with umbrellas. there is beach service for drinks n lunch . rooms nice, staff friendly. very accommodating for pets , walks follow the beachfront and dog waste bags/trash containers provided along walkway . walking distance to a few basic eateries . Negatives ; bell hop service lacking at check in , had to struggle with my bags , no complimentary water at check in, no complementary coffee in lobby . The restaurant menu is the worst I have ever seen . Only item worth ordering is a salad so Plan on dining somewhere else . The lunch menu at the pool area is not much better . Otherwise pleasant stay .

Great beach but arrived to room with impressions of some one having laid on bed so needed that corrected and needed new towels. Supposed to be daily house keeping but had to stay on them daily to clean room and clean towels. Resort fee was surprising seeing didn’t offer much. Will not be back to that hotel. This is the best property on Jekyll Island. It is very close to everything; the beach, the water park, walk to eateries, convenience store, etc. It is also a very quiet property with attentive staff.
