The Alma Grande Place is perfectly situated in the heart of Brussels. Our hotel room was fantastic; it was large and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was not great, but other options were very close by. We hope to stay at the Alma Grande Place again!

An amazing gem of a hotel in Brussels centre
We loved this hotel. All the staff we encountered were amazing and so friendly and accommodating, especially Eva, who welcomed us on arrival, is a credit to your hotel and Marc who helped us in other ways was amazing. We found the room (501) to be very comfortable, spacious and quiet (facing inwards). It had a separate WC from the bathroom, that had an over bath shower, and twin wash basins. Our kids had room 206 facing the road and had mentioned to us that the nearby early building work bothered them, but that is hit and miss anywhere. If you want quiet ask for an inward facing room on a high floor. We would love to go back to this hotel. It is a short 10 minute walk from the Centraal train station and close enough to be in the heart of Brussels (5 minute walk to Grand Place), with a good selection of local restaurants/bars a very short walk away. We jumped in a cab from the airport, costing 55 Euro to station Centraal, and back to the airport we grabbed a 45 Euro Uber from 1 minute walk away from the hotel, as the hotel road doesn't permit normal traffic. To conclude, a fantastic hotel with amazing staff. Well done Alma Grand Place hotel. Very happy customer.

We were greeted with enthusiasm by a very helpful staff member. As we'd arrived before check in she arranged for our bags to be stored, set us up with a few maps showing the major attractions etc, and gave great recommendations for dining options. The hotel is a perfect location from the central train station and the Grand Place. Clean, quiet and 10/10 for us.

The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. Property is in the middle of the center and walkable to all eateries, shopping and Amsterdam central station. I only wished that there were no rooms in the basement as it gives a very stuffy feeling.

This amazing little hotel with most outstanding staff located just short couple blocks from train, Christmas markets and all main attractions is well worth the stay. Start your day with hardy breakfast and one step out the front doors you are on cobblestone streets living history as far back as 900 A.D.. one block to the right will Christmas markets and beautiful roundabout filled with chocolate shops, restaurants and entertainment. Step out to the left the cobblestone streets takes you by even more shops and Christmas markets to the Grand Place Square where you will be surrounded by stunning 12th century palaces adorned with golden statues and ornaments. We for sure will stay at Alma Hotel again.

Staff is amazing and go above and beyond. We felt very welcomed upon arrival. Breakfast was pretty good and convenient. Bathrooms can benefit from some upgrade. Again, front desk service and breakfast staff were great and made our stay enjoyable.

Property is very well located, just steps away from Brussels Central station. Staff was very nice and helpful. We didn’t like the staircase you need to take from bathroom to the room itself. We had issues with hot water the first day. The shower space has mold on the grout and we even found disgusting things from the previous person and had to clean it herself.

Hotel rooms are spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Walking between The Grand Place & Central Station only four minutes. The street outside on Saturday night was rather noisy, even if the windows closed, but the windows closed on Sunday on Sunday quiet as a mouse. The water was only warm but the second day the water was hot. Staff was very helpful. If we come to Brussels, we will stay at this hotel again.

Loved it, the location is fantastic, close to everything, breakfast is very good, rooms are cozy and nice, we loved the hotel but above all Ewa from reception that went above and beyond to help us find a pharmacy for medication for my daughter.. would definitely stay here!!
