Great stay!
When I book hotels I rely on honest reviews from fellow travelers (difficult to find since there are so many fake reviews), so I am going to leave mine. Location, safety, and cleanliness are top priorities. This hotel was clean and comfortable. Was it on the small side? Yes, but when I am in a city, I just need a clean room to sleep and relax at night. The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Brussels Centraal train station. 15-20 min walk to all the attractions, shops, etc. It was a perfect location. The best part of my 2 night stay was the staff. Each person I had contact with was friendly and helpful (they spoke multiple languages and could accommodate all). Infact, we left a jacket there and they saved it for us until we could return to Brussels in a few days to pick it up! Fabulous customer service. I recommend easyHotel for a budget friendly, no frills stay.

This property checked all the boxes and did not dissapoint. 750m from central station and about 600 m from la Grande Place and 350 from Delirium Cafe or even closer! Clean and good service.

Good location, mediocre hotel
Our stay at the hotel was okay. The location of the hotel is good as it's close to the train station, the old city and the malls/shopping. The room itself was small. I couldn't open my luggage all the way. The bathroom is also small. The hair dryer you need to borrow from the front desk. The beds are pretty standard. The TV is too high up on the wall to watch it from the bed. They don't clean your rooms here on the daily which they do tell you beforehand. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

First, the WIFI was horrible and the front desk wasn't able to help as to be honest a tech issue out of their control. This was in a quiet area (as people do party at night in this town) and walkable to most areas. The place was clean and had a bottle filling station which was nice so I could bring water with me on my explorations. I would stay here again if they could fix the WIFI.

Very basic - better value to be found in Brussels
The hotel is very centrally located. You can refill water bottles in reception and leave luggage while you wait for your train. The rooms seem to have been recently refurbished. Receptionist was friendly. But the amenities are very basic, even relative to the price. Another guest's left pair of jeans were still in the room when I checked in; you can only borrow a hairdryer when you need it and not keep it; the heating was not very effective and my room was at the end of a corridor of orange masking tape and corrugated plastic. I think there is better value and comfort to be found in Brussels, even if you're a budget traveller.

Rooms are very small (no desk space). If you are reliant on cell service (don't want to use hotel internet), then this is NOT the place for you. Very poor cell service. Also, check-in was painful. I had paid via hotels.com but service desk required I pay them again in full with a credit card. Still sorting this out to make sure I was not double-billed. Check ahead before booking!

Location is just perfect, just 5 min walking to the Grand Place and restaurants area. Staff nice and always friendly. Facilities just what you need for rest after a long day walking and exploring Brussels We definitely will stay here again.

Was exactly what you would expect when paying this kind of price for a hotel in the city centre. Was clean, modern and safe. Could have done with two chairs instead of a chair and a stool as the weather was very wet and we spent more time in the hotel than expected and sitting on a stool got very uncomfortable after a while.
