The hotel is literally steps from the Central train station. If your room is on that side you can listen to the bums and partiers make noise all night. You also get the sirens of the police/ambulances that respond multiple times a night to deal with them. There are multiple homeless around the hotel that sleep against it and panhandle. The hotel has a run down appearance. Not dirty per se, but not clean and well maintained. The room was the same. Daily cleaning was not done well, and things like coffee and cups were not re-stocked every day. Hotel restaurant was good, but limited menu and very overpriced. Breakfast was a very good buffet. Hotel is convenient for the train, and is on the edge of the tourist area which made for easy walking access to the area. I chose this hotel based on the Hilton name but I don’t feel it lived up to the quality that should be expected from Hilton.

It's literally across the square from the train station and the metro. Cannot ask for a better location, the Gtmrand Place was a very short walk away, along with a bustling centre with good and shopping. The area offered everything you'd ever need within walking distance. The atonium and mini europe are a short ride awayby metro, staff was amazing on getting us around on the metro.

This was my 2nd stay and I noticed a significant improvement, largely due to one exceptional staff member Veronica at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, always with a smile and her knowledge was impressive. Veronica answered all my questions and made great recommendations, ensuring our stay was even better than the last time. While the previous stay was good, this visit was outstanding, and it's all thanks to her exceptional service.

An Unforgettable Moment at Hilton in Brussells
The hotel is conveniently situated a few steps away from Grand Place and The Central Station. The room for a family of three was extremely big with two queen-sized beds and one and a half bathrooms. Breakfast was very good!

I liked everything about the property. Many things to visit just close to the hotel, walking distance.The staff was very professional and friendly. The Hotel I was very clean, breakfast was great and the service awesome. I will definitely recommend Hilton grande place to anyone visiting Brussels.
