This property has very poor or no internet at all so I had to use my cell phone data to do my work and this can be very expensive. What I likes about this hotel is the excellent transportation in the area and also it's just 10 minutes walk to all the action. Would stay here again, but was disappointed about the Wi-Fi not working.

We stayed for a good few nights and a number of amenities missing from the list on Expedia as well as a dirty room that we put up with. We didn’t complain at all until staff yelled at us and then when we went to the desk no compensation was offered, waste of money

Check in was quick and efficient and room was spotless. Everything worked well including the wifi and shower. Breakfast buffet was really good and the hotel is really close to Rogier metro station and other attractions.

Well located
The hotel is easy to find. It is perfectly located. It is near a train station as well as a subway station. That made visiting Brussels so easy. The hotel is clean. However, the wifi is slow, because checking my emails was often difficult. Secondly, while there is a service for laundry and cleaning, the hotel did not wash and dry my clothes as per its policy.

Hotel is exactly as expected, outdated which for me wasn’t an issue! Staff very helpful, city centre within walking distance and transport basically on the doorstep, this hotel was idea for my solo trip and would consider hotel Siru if I was to visit Brussels again!

Location was excellent. Very central and near public transportation and main bars and restaurants. Rooms small with no air con so very stifling in hot weather. Elevator ancient and tiny. Rooms need a refresh and new carpets.

Nothing worked. Absolutely horrible WiFi. Sometimes you could send a text or look at a website (sometimes!) but forget about streaming or watching anything. No AC. And I don’t mean little or barely working, I mean NO AC. Sleeping was a nightmare in August. The hair dryer did not work at all. Other than the breakfast (which was very good) and proximity to Brux-Nord station, there is nothing positive to say

Not gonna lie, the hotel is located in a good spot, and the breakfast was ok, but these mahn gotta get air con in rooms, I was sweating fam. My main light didn't really work as well, but I'm not massively fussed as I always bring an emergency flashlight for these type of situations, ya get me. It's also weird cause the big window opens up to a safe place where if I've drunk I'm not gonna fall out, but that bathroom window was opened right up I could legit see 6 floors down. Scary stuff for real. Elevator was standard, but the entrance door to it makes it look like you're about to enter a prison cell. WiFi only really worked on the ground floor for me. My door did lock though, and staff were nice. Shame I had to pay city tax, could have used that for roulette

For the price it was a good hotel close to PT and IC train station I stayed 3 nights in a summer season no air conditioning that was awful do not recommend this place in summer season

Terrible Service, horrible hotel!
Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in! Absolutely rubbish hotel, and even worse service. Would not recommend my worst enemy to stay in this place. I tried to check into this hotel but first they gave me a room which when I got in, it was full of rubbish in it, and towels lying on the floor. When I went back to the reception, they didn't even apologies. The receptionist simply said "Ah okay, here's another room"! Then they gave me another room which when I got to the room, I realised the room's door lock is broken. The room was also extremely damp (I almost couldn't breath). Anyways, I went back to the reservation and asked if the quality of all rooms are like that, and they said, yes because there is no aircon and the windows cannot be opened. I ended up not staying there and they didn't even give me a refund as a basic courtesy of the inconvenience.
