Excellent. But.....
I found the hotel convenient for Brussels Midi station. I was disappointed the restaurant was not open on a Sunday evening. I had to go out in my wheelchair to find somewhere to eat, which luckily wasn't far. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a show is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair with the heycard having to be removed from the light switch. There was much to enjoy about the room, but it could have been tailored a little more towards my needs.

Amazing hotel, comfy beds and very friendly staff. Only issue is the info book in the room says room service is 24/7, but 2/3 we called we were denied due to the restaurant and bar being closed (closed all day Sundays).

easily one of the worst hotels I have stayed in recent times. Staff were nice and helpful, but that was about it. Area is problematic, with loads of refugees and rough sleepers under the arch, and in the night it decidedly looked dodgy. The breakfast was terrible, there was literally a layer of water under scrambled eggs. but the room was really the worst. felt like cheap motel. Walls were incredibly thin - people in the next room decided to watch a football match on TV starting 10pm - so I couldn't sleep for a long time. Woke up early because the room on the other side were having arguments. Just overall a really bad experience. The hotel isn't cheap though!

When we dropped our bags off in the morning we were told our room would be available at 3pm. But when we returned to check in at 8pm, they didn’t have the room ready. We only waited about 15 minutes, but it was still frustrating to not have a room ready until after 8pm when we were told we would be able to check in at 3. When we entered the room, it was clear it had been prepared very quickly (the towels weren’t folded very well, the bed was poorly made). It seemed like they had forgotten to make up the room before our arrival. They gave us a free drink voucher for our wait, but when we requested to change it for a breakfast voucher, they said that wasn’t possible. Overall, the room was fine for our one night stay, but we weren’t impressed with the service or the staff’s lack of flexibility after not having the room ready on time.

Nice hotel near Brussels Midi Station
Directly opposite Brussels Midi station, making it highly convenient for Eurostar travelers. The breakfast options are excellent, and the room was clean and spacious. I stayed on the 7th floor and, as a light sleeper, barely noticed any traffic noise. However, some guests mentioned noise concerns at reception, possibly affecting rooms on lower floors more. The Brita water machine in the lobby is a great feature, allowing guests to refill their bottles conveniently.

The hotel is good. There are homeless people around. Would not walk at night. They don't have washing machines, so the cleaning service is almost 2 euro por each pair of socks. Good thing is that the Metro is really close.

The area around the hotel is terrible.
The area around the hotel is terrible, The outside is full of dodgy characters and undesirable people.. a good place to get robbed and harassed. I have been to many places in the world, but we did not feel safe in the area around the hotel.. The hotel is average, quite bland, does the job if you just need a quick place to sleep with no frills.
