I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but Matthew at the front desk of the Loxton Brussels is easily the most helpful and friendly reception member I have ever encountered. They should write the "reception" manual based on his work. The hotel itself is lovely with large rooms, retro fitted but very clean and everything you could need. 10 mins walk to the Grand Place but away from the noise etc. and 5 mins walks to Brussels Nord station. I would stay there again without hesitation.

We had a great NYE staying at the hotel. Great sized rooms and good options for eating. Nico provided us with a great food experience. Loved his energy and attentiveness. Highly recommend!

A lovely stay although the rooms are quite warm. Staff will happily adjust air con for you though. Rooms are beautifully decorated.

Great property and helpful staff! we loved our "roomy bath"! We had a great view and the deep round bath is wonderful. The only problem is there is no table or shelf next to the the tub so there is nowhere to set any shampoo or soap ...or perhaps a drink. Another issue is there is no wardrobe. he bed was excellent. Regarding the breakfast - the selection is very limited and unless you like the Peruvian style offering it's disappointing. There are no cereals or plain yogurt for example and other than a flavored yogurt, some sort of muesli mix, a fruit salad and croissants there is nothing unless you order the a la carte selection which is very limited. A comprehensive buffet style breakfast would be a welcome addition.

We stayed here during Christmas time and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly and everything was clean. It was so beautiful inside and we recommend people to stay here if they’re visiting Brussels.
