1) Please set all both thermostats on first and second floor to 78 degrees. 2) Remove everything from refrigerator and freezer. 3) Please take ALL food.
4) Close and lock all windows and draw the blinds. 5)Turn off all lights including exterior lights. 6)Ensure all garbage is receptacle underneath your porch. Make sure lid is on.

The hot tub and deck are private and not for guest use. You are welcomed to enjoy the river front seating and fire pit.
If you use the fire pit, please extinguish flames before leaving unattended.
