I arrived early and the rooms aren’t open until 3 PM. I asked the first woman at the desk if she possibly had something of lesser value I would take just to get a room earlier she told me no and then I would have to wait until 3 PM I continue to watch people walk in and out of the hotel, after four hours, I went back to the desk and a different young woman was absolutely fabulous and she checked me in right away. Which was a blessing because I have been sleeping in the lobby for four hours
