The hotel is nice but my room smelt of old rotten damp and when I returned home I had to wash all my clothes , even if they weren't worn , I just stuck to everything. Even the corridor in that lower part smelt like it I'm not impressed with it at all for the price I paid and wouldn't go back there .

The Hotel is located about 12-15 mins drive from the Uxbridge Underground and in a remote location which is quiet and feels safe. Lots of green areas and clean air. . I booked a Junior Suite and the room was clean and very comfortable. Good facilities with the indoor pool and gym. The staff service was top of the line. Very friendly and helpful. The chef for the breakfast made the experience great!!! My son had a specific meal need and the chef willingly helped us and made my son his special meal with no issues or extra cost. I will certainly stay there again when next I am in Denham.

Denham Grove review
Pool is good and rest is broadly average. I'd say 4 stars is a stretch and more like a 3 star. Reception service is 4 star but all other service is 3 at best. Food is ok but service in evening over bar average. Bathrooms v clean etc so all good there. Bar area was quite busy and they didn't have enough staff to serve us. Missed half our food order and hardly apologised.

We had a 7 night stay at Denham Grove. The negatives were it is not located close to shops. Access through country lanes. You definitely need a car to get around. We had daily breakfast buffet included in our rate. That was just average at best. However, our room was very spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 3 and big luggage that we had with us. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel was clean. Daily house keeping available if required. The hotel also had a pool and gym and had very good access times for hotel guests. The food in the restaurant was tasty especially the curries. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful. We would stay at this hotel again.

The bar staff need training. They were incredibly slow and hadn’t a clue what was going on. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The facilities for the hotel were good and easy to park check in and out etc

The property is in a great location and is priced well. What I found challenging was the heating system during the middle of the night. The radiator was buzzing all night long, the hotel was fully booked. At 1:30am the only way to fix the issue was to put the radiator on full heat and open the window. I was a solo traveller on the ground floor and I didn’t want to sleep with the window open during night. I had a terrible sleep, which is disappointing because my stay was meant to be a rest and recovery break. When I complained i wasn’t even given an apology just offered a discount on my next visit. I will not be returning. It saddens me as we had our wedding reception here which held wonderful memories.
