The staff were very polite, welcoming and most of all, very helpful with checking in, knowledge of the area, recommended trips and what to avoid. The hotel is very clean, luxury in a good way but not OTT. Right by the tram stop and a 10 min walk from the cruise terminal for the Danube boat trips.

Great hotel in a great location!!
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when we got the hotel! It has a lovely lobby area with comfortable seating. The staff were lovely and ever helpful. They suggested some great local restaurants nearby and were always there to help. If we ever needed anything they would be a phone call away or there was someone at the reception ready to help. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean with modern decor. Housekeeping were fantastic and never bothered us early in the day like other establishments where we have stayed before. I would 100% recommend Hotel vision and will definitely be coming back!

The attention to detail was amazing. Location excellent. Rooms beautiful. We were celebrating my son’s 18th and they sent chocolates. The hotel emailed during our stay to ask how things were and I said amazing but hair conditioner would be great and two bottles appeared⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ The scent of the hotel is delicious too 😍

Hotel was in immaculate condition. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Location is good if you do not want to stay in a very busy area, but still want to be close to the city centre. Complementary coffee machine and water machine in the lobby was extremely convenient. Service was slightly lacking - I was unable to get additional toiletries (cotton swabs, slippers, etc) during my stay despite asking both the front desk and the housekeeping staff. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Perfect Hotel Experience
The place was clean, modern and very comfortable. Staff was awesome. I messed up when I booked and it ended up being two reservations with a night in between missing. The staff quickly got on it and managed to keep us in the same room. Great staff!

The hotel was located well and easy for boat trips. Irish bar at rear entrance to the right was a bonus as very few bars to just get a beer without being asked for food. Room was good other than a foul odour from the shower as you entered room 313. Bar facilities are poor as not open every day and this was not mentioned when booking hotel. Breakfast good and staff very informative and pleasant. Partyon whilst staying and this over took thecoffee area as for some reason a photographer took the area over making it rather awkward getting drinks.

Our stay was amazing at this hotel there is nothing bad I can say about it. From check-in to check-out including booking us a table for dinner Domokos was brilliant. Our room was fantastic, great views over the Danube, cleanliness was spot on, plenty of space and a really comfortable bed. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Budapest.
