9.2 points is so high for this property. Expedia evaluate this hotel overrated. Dirty, noisy, uncomfortable. This is not a suite hotel, this is apart hotel for students. There are a lot of young people in the hotel who smoke and scream.

I liked everything about the hotel except the shower. The tub only has half a glass and it's a hand shower on the long wall. There is no way to take a shower without water splashing out of the shower. You have to be careful. Other than that great place. Breakfast was cheap and good. Like $12

Our room had an infestation of ants in the bed and on the floor. My daughter got bit by an ant. Had to complain twice before we were moved rooms and that was after I showed video proof that I wasn’t talking about one to two ants crawling around the room.

Comfortable and kind hospitality
We really enjoyed our three-night stay; a large combined bedroom and living room area with a convenient kitchenette too. Superb mattress and daily change of towels. Quiet room and above all super friendly young staff who made our stay even better. Great value too and we will certainly return in September. A real gem, only minutes walk from down town as well as two minutes from nearest tube. Airport bus stop five minutes walk.
