Spotless Central Hotel
Lovely hotel. Very central and easy to get around as there are busses and metro nearby as well as the hop on hop off bus. I had a comfort room, which was spotless and very spacious although the view was the back of the building! The shower was amazing. I wasn’t so keen on the breakfast as there wasn’t a huge amount of choice. The hot food was very limited and always cold! I would definitely stay here again but not have the breakfast. There are plenty of cafes serving breakfast very near by. All the staff are lovely and very helpful

Paradise in the heart of Budapest
Wonderful stay in one of the Heritage Rooms that had all that we needed. Very clever designed room that was very comfortable. Excellent location meant that we were close to everything that we needed. Breakfast was tasty and had a good range of options. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I want to say that as soon as I am in Budapest again, I will definitely stay in this hotel because it exceeded my expectations, starting from the location, service, cleanliness , value for money and ending with the professional staff. Breakfast in a restaurant for every taste with a glass of champagne, what more could you wish for.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff, felt very new and particularly clean. My only disappointment was that my bedroom safe was broken, and despite raising this 3 times, this did not get resolved and I therefore had valuables unprotected. Luckily it's a safe place but I shouldn't need to ask 3 times to get something addressed (without success or any update). Otherwise an easy 5 star.

Everything was perfect, including the breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. One minor negative issue was the temperature in the corridor to the room and the temperature in the room itself. We had to use the airconditioning in October.
