Number 7 Spanish Villas is located in the grounds of Penstowe Manor on the outskirts of Kilkhampton and a few miles away from Bude. The bungalow is semi detached with its own private garden which has a grassed area, patio and patio doors leading from the bungalow. At the rear of the bungalow is a grassed area with a washing line and over looks farmland. There is parking opposite the bungalow. The bungalow is well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday.

Just perfect
Had a lovely time in a perfect accommodation. Have recommended to lots of people since being back. Only lower in cleanliness as we found some Underwear down the side of the sofa . Would love to go back here again

The Park was well kept although building work was taking place in a couple of places the leisure centre was the main place building work was in progress. the park was quiet but that may of been because schools had gone back we would think about returning.

Issues concerning cleanness of property
On first arrival place looked good and homely. However there was an overpowering smell of plug ins and candles, which we realised later on was masking the overwhelming smell of damp in the double bedroom in particular and also in the twin room. The towels smelt like they hadn't been washed and the bedding also didn't smell fresh. There was dust in various places in the property, including behind the bed, candle holders and under units. Fridge should have been checked as the settings may have been changed which caused some of our food to become frozen which we had to throw away. We expected better for what we paid especially having to pay electrify on top. We contacted the owner to inform him of these issues but he appeared unconcerned and unhelpful.

Excellent villa
Three night stay in the villa whilst visiting family locally. Excellent communication from the hosts and the villa had everything we needed (including board games!) for our stay. Pantry had all the basic essentials for cooking (oil, seasonings etc.), along with tea, coffee, milk and complimentary biscuits (chocolate, too!). Beds are super comfy, and Smart TV is an added bonus for access to main streaming apps (Netflix, Prime etc.). Private patio/garden out the front that gets the afternoon sun, perfect for a cheeky wine. Great location, nice village pubs nearby for a meal and close to Bude for a wider section of shops/cafes etc. Will definitely book again.
