This was an overall good place to stay that was very convenient, quick, easy and perfect location to Knotts etc. Everything seemed mostly all clean and orderly, although a lot of the workmanship of things wasnt pretty shotty. And you could hear people walking in the room above fairly loudly. But side from that, can't complain too much! Cause this was a good place overall for the price and the staff was very nice and made it super easy.

Best Inn Close to Knott's
We really enjoy staying there! They have very family friendly suites, so there's always plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance to Knott's Berry Farm.

Great stay
We stayed here for how close it was to Knotts and it will be where we always go! Very affordable. Its not high end but it does the job if you are wanting decent and affordable and just some where to sleep and very close to the park. I was pleasantly happy with the fact they have all cable channels! It was a big plus for us.

Room was dirty, floor felt gross, first thing noticed was a dirty wet towel in the bathtub. The tv turned off after a few hours saying we passed our limit, whatever that means. It was alright for the fact it was close to knotts berry but probably would find somewhere else next time.

We had a plumbing issue (our shower faucet was leaking drops and got stuck all the way in and we couldn’t turn it off. The staff fixed it but it still leaked. We still got a good shower. Also there was a blonde hair in my bed when I opened up the sheets. We had Lysol so we made it work. There were only 4 towels and we had 6 people. All in all we made it work and it equaled the price we paid.

Dirty and disgusting
Room was dirty with stains on the floors of unknown substance. TV was broken with lines across the screen. Looked like food smeared on the walls. Reported it to the management. Was told “rooms are checked and cleaned to the best of our ability”. No option to swap rooms. We slept in our car. No refund. Very disappointed, horrible Christmas Eve.
