The reason for my rating was the fact that they gave us the room directly across from the elevator. I was unable to sleep all night as we heard the elevator ring every single time someone went up or down that floor. I believe I slept two hours. That is just, unacceptable .

Overall great, but bathroom could be cleaner

My family and I found that we were arriving nearly 2 hours earlier than our original check in time, so I called to see if there were any rooms already available that we could check into early so that we wouldn't be stuck with our luggage for 2 hours in the middle of Buena Park. Luckily, the front desk immediately let us know that we could check in early and upon arrival upgraded us to a bigger room for free! The extra space was wonderful after traveling for so long. The rooms were well prepared and stocked, and it felt very comfortable staying in this room. My only issue is that the floor of the bathtubs were quite stained and dirty, meaning it wasn't being cleaned very well. Luckily for my family we don't trust hotel tubs so we brought shower flipflops so it didn't really weigh on our minds. What we did have a problem with was on the final night of our stay, in the middle of the night we saw a silverfish on the bathroom floor! Which meant that there was dirty moisture or grime not being cleaned somewhere in the bathroom. For the most part, it was quite clean. But the presence of silver fish is very telling of the cleanliness of the nooks and crannies of a bathroom.

Clean hotel. Staff was friendly and provided to go brown bag breakfast. Breakfast buffet filled a gap, but wasn’t great. Free Coffee, tea, hot chocolate offered all day. Conveniently located in an area with lots of options. Hot tub and pool area very clean. Plenty of free parking.

Just Okay

Good location, close to I-5 entrance. Terribly uncomfortable beds and VERY noisy. My room by the pool was unbearable with the noise, thankfully they accommodated me and moved me to the other side of the building. Also, one night a dog was barking for hours, so be weary when a hotel is "pet friendly" because pet owners can be dumb and abandon their pets. They could have done a better job cleaning the breakfast area, and the selection of food was a bit lame. Nice staff though!
