Upon check in, our room did not have adequate amount of towels. Our first night at 2:42am, a fire alarm woke us, so we walked 6 flights downstairs. We waited in the lobby and had been finally advised that someone had been smoking on the 7th floor which sets off the very sensitive fire alarm. We all had a hard time falling back asleep, so the following day was pretty much wasted. Terrible service from the valet. They block you in, do not help with luggage, and we had an early morning flight the day we checked out. Got our car 30 minutes after we requested it ~ the valet guy was sleeping. I had to ask the lady at the front desk to check on him. Valet is the only option for parking at this hotel ~ Hilton should seriously consider a better valet service to represent this hotel. Expressed my concerns to the front desk lady while we waited for our car and all she said was that she would let her manager know and that she didn’t know about the fire alarm situation…unapologetically.

Highly recommend this hotel. It’s very new, clean, well kept up, and very modern. Super nice. Oh, the security deposit is only $75.00 very convenient. Only down side is the parking charge per day of $25.00, other than that highly recommended it.

Hotel was centrally located for Knott’s Berry farm so that was nice. Very nice ascetics to the hotel and very friendly staff. Only flaw's were upon check in, the hidden parking fee that was not disclosed prior to me making the reservation not after. Also, I guess there was an incident in the early hours of the morning to where everyone was supposed to evacuate but when I returned to the hotel where my family still remained, they were still in there run because the fire alarm didn’t go off for them. Initially I freaked out being that staff told me everyone should be downstairs and I didn’t see my family, but even finding out that they never heard anything scared me even more because what if the situation was worse and my family got trapped I would have been devastated. Hopefully you frequently check them out. Other than that my daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Forced valet service without the service

Vallet service is forced on you they took more than 5 times the wait time than originally promised to bring up a cart for your bags. We ended up bringing over 20 bags down ourselves after waiting for 50 minutes. The valet servicers also did not help us load our bags even after the first BIG TIP we gave on day 1 of 3. The beds are uncomfortable and pillows suck.

Do not stay here

There is NO parking. They do not allow it. You MUST valet and they charge handsomely for it. The water pressure is so low, you can barely get the soap off. The lobby smells like garbage. Our room was not ready at 4:30 when check in is at 3:00.
