Their communication is poor; no reception and no where to store luggage if you arrive early or want to leave bags for an hour or two after you check out. Squished dead bugs all over the walls. Crappy quality sheets and gross old flat pillows. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend - only good thing is the location.

Very good place to stay. Comfortable, clean, accessible. The elevator broke at least twice in my stay and I needed to use the stairs. The apartment is complete. You can cook easy meals, the smart tv allows to connect youtube and netflix. The area around is full of restaurants, bars, microbreweries, coffe shops, etc. Lively and safe. Nearby access to public transportation.

Terrible experience, avoid at all cost.
There was a problem with the elevator, which prevented access to the main entrance of the place. All entrances to the building had access via a security code (no physical keys). While everything was working fine, it was great. The day the elevator broke, I realized that access to the place via the stairs led to the emergency exit. Which had a different code from the main door. This code was never shared with me, they never made sure to let me know what it was, even though they had my email and phone number. The worst part of it all is that nobody answered the phone when I tried to contact them, I was unable to enter the apartment for a day and nobody took responsibility. The attention was a disaster, if you happen to have any inconvenience outside of regular hours, nobody answers and you have no kind of help. Clearly, this is not a 5-star service as they advertise. I hope the platform takes action with this place

SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This was the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel of all time, and my worst experience with hotels.com as a company. It was an unmitigated disaster from the very first moment. I am still awaiting a resolution from Hotels, I gave up expecting anything from this scam company. This Costa Rica place should not be listed on Hotels.com and - in their own words - "is not a hotel". They are impossible to communicate with effectively, they are unable and unwilling to resolve issues - they hide behind alias email addresses, never use their names, they don't answer the phone, and, most importantly, there is NO HUMAN BEING on site at this location to resolve customer issues. The moment I arrived - the PIN code they gave me for the front door didn't work. Left on the street for 30 minutes, failing to get through to anyone by phone. Finally some other guests allowed me in. PIN code for the door of the bedroom wasn't opening the door - the lock is broken. Required the help of my friendly neighbours to get access the apartment via the Fire escape. Same issue happened later in the evening. No answer from anyone, no response or resolution until 4:30 in the morning after I called the police because all my belongings were in the room and I no longer trusted these people enough to leave the building. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The unit was clean and comfortable. It was properly furnished. The building is accessible with a level entrance and elevator. The elevator had technical issues while I was staying and had to climb stairs for 5 floors. The fix took at least 12 - 18 hours. Internet was fast and only crashed once in three days and the host quickly responded to my messages.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, com restaurantes ao lado e ótimos lugares para café da manhã para quem gosta de curtir pontos pitorescos de Buenos Aires. Perto de Palermo Soho inclusive a pé. Região com ótima sensação de segurança, sábado quaser meia noite voltamos a pé umas 8 quadras de um bar subterrâneo da Região sem nenhum problema. Apartamento limpo e confortável.

Al departamente le faltan muebles. No hay una mesa ni sillas en las cuales hacer alguna actividad. No hay sillas en la habitación en las cuales poner ropa o simplemente ventilar las sábanas. Le pedí a la persona que administra que me proveyera de al menos una mesa de plástico con sillas, pero o tuve éxito. Una pena. La zona es muy linda, pero en mi caso buscaría otras alternativas la próxima vez.
