Room was not ready at 3pm when we arrived despite checking in online. The room allocated online had been given to someone else ( why bother with online check in if the room is not ready or not the room allocated) It took a further 105 minutes and asking twice before it was ready. We had to ask for another room to be given to us as we had been traveling 24 hours and were tired. No proactive action taken. Manager blamed their IT and made lame excuses The room and breakfast were good. And the receptionist on check out day was so much better. The location of the hotel is it’s best asset.

Staff friendly and responsive. Breakfast fantastic. Bar extremely poor. With so many great wines in Argentina it was a shocking negative surprise the lack of a couple of decent wines.

La cadena NH se caracteriza por ofrecer cómodas habitaciones con todo lo necesario, sin embargo en esta oportunidad no fue así. Nos encontramos con un lavamanos que se inundaba y mojaba todo lo que estaba a su alrededor. Sin papel ni lápiz para escribir o tomar notas, y una habitación a la que solo le arreglaban la cama, con un aseo bastante deficiente. Como lo cortesía del hotel ofrecían una botella de agua, café e infusiones diariamente, pero nosotros solo tuvimos esa dicha el primer día de hotel. Para hacer nuestra estancia más agradable tuvimos que pedirle directamente a la chica del aseo para que estuviera pendiente de esos detalles. Dos noches después no teníamos jabón en la ducha… Y así transcurrieron un par de días hasta que pusimos la queja. Por lo demás, el personal es amable, y el hotel tiene una buena ubicación, solo que necesitan mejorar varios detalles, especialmente cuando se promueve el hotel como 4 estrellas y “upscale”.

Hotel is in an area of mixed uses, shops, apartments. Some side streets appear to be older and have a rundown appearance, but the main streets are good. There is a large park type area close by with good walking access. Overall, good.

Except location of hotel and staffs in reception, I am not happy with hotel. Why ? Room mentioned as sound proofed, far away from this, windows are not possible to closely fully. Bathroom looks like train compartment, washing hand is sink not possible, so small, all water goes down. In first day, coffee in breakfast room was run out, we got it at the end of our breakfast. Service and quality of hotel is far away from NH hotels in Europe which I experiences positively. Rooms mentioned individually decorated, I haven’t recognized it at all. First of all, property description has to be updated properly as misleading info given. I suggest that hotel responsible need to stay in the room to understand what you serve to your customers. As summary, I don’t suggest this hotel.
