Very smart and convenient location and self-service system. The surroundings are a bit dark and dirty but that's Buenos Aires today. It works fine. Another topic is that Buenos Aires in general became expensive again. It is not a cheap trip as it used to be. There's a supermarket open up to 20h just around the corner which is useful. My room had no balcony or access to daylight. The building and the room work very fine in general.

Perfect stay in a city center
The property was always ready for online support! The instructions how to get in to the appartment are essential, clear and detailed. The room as described on the site. I had #5. The only annoying thing was the window view to the close cotyard and air conditioners of the nearesr rooms were a bit noisy with opened windows/balcony. I would recommend to take rooms 3-4 at the second floor with a nice balcony and a street view on a nice monument surrounded by trees. The hotel itself is perfectly centrally located! The nearest supermarket us just around the corner. Walking streets are in a couple of quarters. The entrance and stairs are in the ancient style! I really enjoyed staying at the hotel!

Hermosa habitación. Me encantó la decoración. Todo muy bien, cómoda y limpia. Olía delicioso. Cama muy cómoda. La ubicación muy estratégica y cerca de varios puntos turisticos. De dia es una zona bulliciosa, de noche si es mas solitario. Recomiendo ampliamente, una de las habitaciones mas bonitas en las que me he quedado.

Relativamente bien, solo que no era lo que me esperaba, lo sentí muy encerrado sin ventana, Y en lo personal me falta el trato humano. Me podrían ayudar dejé conectada mi cuenta de Netflix, la podrían desconectar y decirme y lo pueden hacer por favor! Le agradezco de antemano!

La propiedad es tal cual se la ve en las fotos, muy cuidada, limpia y con muy buena atencion. Como sugerencia, me parece que seria un gran plus tener una pava electrica y frigo bar en la habitación. La tv tampoco andaba bien porque se le desconectaba el wifi pero no fue un problema para nosotros ya que casi no la usamos. Recomiendo el lugar y volveria a quedarme.

A localização é ótima, totalmente central e próxima de diversos pontos turísticos. O único problema que tive foi com a Internet, que às vezes não funcionava, mas isso não atrapalhou minha experiência no local. Uma sugestão válida para enriquecer ainda mais a estadia é disponibilizar um frigobar no quarto (existe espaço e tomada para isso). De modo geral minha estadia foi incrível!

En primer lugar la habitación (6) muy pequeña, la puerta del baño malísima y el aire acondicionado NO funcionaba de tarde/noche (raro). Cuando llegamos, encendimos el ventilador y se desprendió la tapa del mismo que por suerte no nos cayó en la cabeza (nos dio terror prenderlo nuevamente,) El no poder consultarle a nadie (ya que no existe recepción) sobre los inconvenientes que surgieron tambien es un gran obstáculo. No hay relación PRECIO / CALIDAD. No lo vale. Destaco la ubicación y la limpieza del lugar.

Completamente igual ao anúncio. As fotos sugerem uma janela, mas a janela não aparece realmente no anúncio. No final das contas há uma janela que não dá em lugar nenhum. Isso é meio claustrofóbico mas para quem vai passar o dia conhecendo a cidade, não faz muita diferença. É um local tranquilo, confortável, tem bicicleta pra alugar na porta, e a localização é ótima pra conhecer boa parte da cidade de bicicleta.

Muito bom!
O local é muito bom. Perto de tudo. As acomodações cumpre o objetivo da viagem. O ambiente é grande. O local é muito bom e seguro. Tem uma delegacia na rua, o que deixa mais seguro ainda. A praça em frente é limpa, sem nenhum morador de rua. Tem um mercado na esquina. A loja de vinho onde eu comprei os vinhos (com o menor preço que encontrei) fica na outra esquina. Tem cafeteria, bar, restaurante e pontos turisticos próximos. Gostei muito. Único problema: o wi-fi é muito fraco a velocidade.
