The staff when we checked late evening August 1, superb!!!!! Both friendly and above and beyond customer service etc. When we left early 5am August 2nd. The night staff fantastic as well. All staff had a great sense of humour and witty!!! Its refreshing.

Room 214 had mold and a broken fridge door. Offered an “upgrade” to room 219, which had blood and faeces on the sofa, a dirty black rusted sink. The entire carpet from the front of the door to the living room was soiled with I don’t know what! The AC was full of dirt and dust lodged in the vent so much so that it made this horrible sound as if a thunderstorm was in my room. Not to mention, there was no Wi-Fi connection and when I called front desk, I was told to go outside to the courtyard in order to obtain access to Wi-Fi. I was to do this in the middle of the night by the way. And top it off the bathroom light did not work. And this is what they called an upgrade. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. This hotel is absolutely filthy. Only one good thing I have to say is that the associate Nick H at the front desk was amazing and displayed empathy and understanding extremely professional.

The vintage vibes of the hotel were good if you’re into that but not well kept. We stayed in the Picasso room and it was very basic but did the job. Seemed like there was a spot in a corner for a jacuzzi tub but they had removed it at some point years ago and left the ceiling design that would have matched it so it looked a little out of place. The hotel is right off of a toll highway with nothing surrounding the building so you would need to drive to get to any nearby stores or shuttle to the airport which was about 10-15 mins away. The hotel does offer a shuttle service though. Overall, a good room for the price we paid.

Room was dated, but seemed clean. The mattresses definitely need replaced, as we could feel the springs and there was very little support. The AC barely kept the room cool, but it was quiet for the most part. The hot water gets HOT - like boiling hot. I turned it up while I was in there and had I not moved fast enough, I would have easily had 1st or possibly 2nd degree burns. I like a hot shower, but that is just dangerous. The staff were pleasant and the hotel was quiet and it’s in an area with plenty of food/shopping nearby.

Staff was very nice and helpful! Great place to stay. Safe area lots of affordable places to eat. With the fountains outside worked! Maggie at the front desk saved me in a jam. Great place!!! Breakfast was affordable onsite as well!
