Room wasn't ready at 3 for check in, lots of other people were waiting for rooms in the lobby as well. Huge inconvenience if you had plans like we did. Wasn't even offered even a bottle water for our wait, but seen a guy who was a "diamond" member get offered water and snacks for his troubles. Breakfast was terrible, unless you like cold eggs and sausage. But overall rooms were clean, and very spacious. The full size fridge was a plus.

Love the adjoining rooms. Front desk ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast was fantastic with tons of options. Only issue is the room was a bit dated but everything else perfect!

Stay was very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pull out couch not that comfortable but able to sleep on coat and towel to give more thickness and support. Breakfast was excellent always enough of food for guests. Thank You would recommend hotel in future

Got absolutely no sleep, was next to a room with teen boys with no supervision who were so loud & caused a commotion. I’m so disappointed in this hotel, I have stayed at this hotel before and had a great stay. It would be great to get a refund for a horrible stay!!!

The rooms were really spacious and clean. The breakfast offering could’ve been done better. They were understaffed and kept running out of everything. I know they tried their best but it was hard when there were a lot of hotel guests.

Food is tasty, Easy checkin, nice hotel room suite. Took a while to get a mattress. Was surprised that the couch bed didn't have a mattress and they seemed to drag their feet and complain when they had to make sure we all had a bed in the room.
