Room was clean and lots of space. Only stayed one night, but my kids loved it. Only complaints: - beds were really soft, as were the pillows. I think they need a refresh. - pool was COLD! Could not make use of it (so keep that in mind if that's a deal breaker for your kids)

The breakfast was great, but get there early to avoid a line. The bathroom doors slide and don’t lock, not very ideal for a toddler but overall this hotel is nice. Very easy access right off the interstate, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. They even have a washer and dryer you can use for free during your stay. Would definitely stay here again.

About the cleaning, the carpets along the corridors were very dusty and dirty, the bedroom was decent and clean. About the breakfast not sufficient food was served. The area was crowded and mixed with the reception area. Too much caos!

We stay there every time we visit our son at University at Buffalo. Mainly for two reasons: EV charging and breakfast. Overall is very good but it’s also a pets friendly hotel which I don’t like to stay in a room that any animals lived there before.

Chose this hotel as it was conveniently located right next to I290 and Trader Joe’s. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was free. Only disappointment was the included breakfast bar as there seemed to be only one employee attending the breakfast area and maybe one chef in the back to service more than 30 guests in the line. Of course some food items would run out, although the blame lies in some guests taking more than their fair share of the hot food items (a little girl ahead of us took the whole plate of potatoes for herself while her mother said nothing). Save yourself the hassle over mediocre breakfast food and find yourself a real restaurant down the road.

Convenient location, quiet room. Shower was missing a shelf and had some staining. Room door was rough to open and close, had to use some force to open and close. Also not a fan of their room deposit/hold which is more expensive than the actual cost of the room.
