I was impressed with the hotel location and surroundings and was more impressed with the room - size, furnishings and cleanliness. Very comparable to 4 star hotels. It was a good value. I will stay there again during return trips to Buffalo.

I’ve stayed at this hotel frequently, but this visit was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned: dirty towels and floor mats, food/candy left on the floor (presumably from the previous guest), a half-empty bottle of shampoo in the shower, and stains on the couch. I usually enjoy staying here, but this experience fell short of the usual standards.

we stopped over at this hotel unexpectedly because we it got too late for our final destination. We arrived around midnight, were given a room right next to the elevator, the towels looked tattered and the floor/hallway had a very strong ethnic food odor. Thankfully we could not smell it in the room but overall we have stayed at many hotels and this was more equivalent to a motel condition not a la quinta hotel for the price we paid. Would not stay here again. Thank you

The front desk attendant when we arrived was incredibly curt and unfriendly. Ordered us in a strong tone to "WAIT OVER THERE". Nobody else was even in the lobby area. Before arriving, I had already checked in online (something Wyndham offers) where I uploaded my ID and provided my credit card ahead of time, which it recommended to save time at check in. No such luck. The front desk attendant, Mr. Personality, needed to take my physical ID and credit card regardless and claimed to be frustrated by this process as well. Then later we needed to call down because the HVAC was not working properly. My call was answered by the then on-duty front desk attendant who answered with such a low level of enthusiasm that I couldn't even hear what he said... after about 10 seconds of crazy back and forth, he hung up on me. I needed to call back and resurrect the difficult communication. All in all, this hotel is sorely lacking in customer service. The folks that work here should not be in hospitality. We will not stay here again and do not recommend others stay here either.

A “meh” stay

The pros: it was clean and the bed was comfy. The cons: no kids channels in the TV (but they have sports in Spanish..), dresser drawers had handles falling out bc the screws were so stripped, and it was just in general worn out. I the blankets were SO thin. Not a single clock in the entire “suite. I get that it’s a pet friendly but that doesn’t mean it’s ok to but maintain the property.
