Rude staff who basically acted offended to be bothered by my checking in. Rest assured I’ll never bother them again. Super thin walls, the neighbors kept us awake for hours. The air conditioning was on its last legs and sounded like a jet taking off whenever it kicked on.

There was one lady and manager that were very nice but the rooms were not clean, mold in the corner, air conditioner didn’t work (in either room). People smoking all over even though it’s smoke free. felt very unsafe.

The front desk lady, (Krystal) was very friendly and helpful but on the way to my room were people smoking weed and cigarettes on the hallways. Very NASTY!! And for my bad luck, the AC on my room wasn’t working. So people, for just stretch you budget a little bit and stay somewhere else!!!!

The front desk staff was very helpful! 1st room my son checked into, they went to freshen up, the towels were dirty, hsd to get cleans from the desk. They pulled the covers down and the sheets were dirty this was at 130 in the morning. Front desk put them in another room! 2 nd room, another son and his wife were checking it out, abd found what looked like drugs and a pipe under the mattress along with a used condom, again the front desk was very helpful by refunded there money. My daughter in law refused to stay there after that! Over all your desk clerks were helpful, but we will not be back! People smoking dope on the balconies, noise throughout the night. Not an environment I want to expise my family too

Please make sure you always have the safety lock on inside your room. We stayed two night and the room was reassigned twice during our stay. One being at 1230am and we have two little kids. Thank god they were unable to get in d/t the safety lock being on. I do have to say, they did reimburse us for the stay, but how scary.
