The property provided easy access to the Buffalo airport and fortunately that was our main objective. It served us well as a place to lay our heads for a night. At check-in, our keys did not function and our room was on the highest floor and quite far from the elevator bank. While my spouse and children waited upstairs, I returned to the desk to remedy the issue but found a "Will return soon" sign at the front desk. I attempted to call the property to no avail and ended up waiting over 15 minutes before someone returned to the desk. Not a great start. The following morning, we were unimpressed by the offerings for breakfast (my kids even declined) and as I ate a toasted bagel we watched a parade of housekeeping staff dance with guests at the main elevator as they used the luggage carts to transport boxes of supplies to upper floors while guests struggled with their luggage. The property is tired, but if you need a quick place to sleep before you hit the airport for a low price - it fits the bill.

The hotel is in poor condition. Our room had a damaged door, evidence of water damage on the bathroom walls, and visible mold on the ceiling.
