Very convenient to the Buffalo Airport. Room was clean and staff was helpful. Hot breakfast was good. Interstate freeway was a little noisy. We were on 2nd floor and the people in the room above us were walking back and forth which made a lot of noise until 11 pm and then started up again at 6:30 am. The floor construction is not good acoustically.

The staff were very friendly but the room had not been cleaned as their was a fale fingernail found as soon as we got in the room. The beds are classified as queen-size but they are more like full-sized beds.

We felt good with our stay of 2 nights. Although the 2 queuen bed seems to be very tight room (no closet, a small room), this is covered by the excellent staff and their service. Each and every staff member made us feel homely and provided excellent service. Breakfast options are good, the chef who also does many other things was patient and understanding. The staff at the reception paid full attention and gave the right information when we had questions about parking at Niagara falls. We would love to stay here if there is a chance.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. I should like to first commend about the friendly staff - be it Front desk, cleaning crew or the attendant taking care of the breakfast area. The property has plenty of parking area, close to highway, airport, Niagara Falls and restaurants. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. They have a great selection of continental breakfast. I am looking for future stay at this hotel whenever I visit Buffalo.
