Une très belle expérience
Hébergement : très bien situé pour visiter Florence, Lucques, Pistoia et les petits villages autour. L'hébergement est dans un quartier calme et on peut accéder au village en quelques minutes à pied. Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir nous reposer et prendre nos repas dans le jardin extérieur. Les hôtes restent discrets tout en étant disponibles, souriants et sympathiques. Habitation bien placée par rapport au site touristique de la région maison spacieuse tout équipé et de Nombreux rangements et très propre climatisé. De gastvrouw reageerde snel op onze berichten. Ze stond ons vriendelijk op te wachten. Ze had een fles wijn koud liggen. Lekkere koekjes en chocolade en melk voor de kinderen. Wat een ruimte, gewoonweg indrukwekkend. In de leefruimte stond de airco al aan. We kregen een uitleg over het appartement en het afval konden we gemakkelijk scheiden. De auto mochten we parkeren op een prive parkeerplaats. Direct naast de ingang. Wij zijn in de avond Pisa gaan bezoeken. Top!

Super nette Vermieter und gute Ferienwohnung
Danielle und seine Frau sind super nett! Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Es gab sogar einen Begrüßungswein für uns. Die Wohnung hat eine recht ruhige Lage (Ende einer Nebenstraße) und es war alles in der Nähe, was wir benötigten (Einkaufen, Restaurants). Der Bahnhof ist nur 800m entfernt und wir konnten mit den Zug nach Florenz fahren, was für die Kinder an sich schon ein toller Ausflug war. Auch Lucca und Pisa sind gut zu erreichen und in 10 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto ist man in den Appenien. Die Lage ist also gut. Wir haben gut geschlafen und es war auch alles sehr gut sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr spärlich, wenn man kochen möchte, aber wir haben uns damit arrangiert. Technisch war sie gut ausgestattet (Gasherd, Geschirrspüler und Backofen haben wir verwendet). Die Kammer hinter der Küche hat muffig gerochen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Hôtesse très sympathique et disponible, petit jardin pour les enfants et appartement très bien, est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, quartier très calme où nous avons pu laisser notre voiture sur l'emplacement prévu.

Superb holiday residence
We stayed for one week in the very large, clean and nice appartment. The garden is much bigger than in the foto's suggested! The owner Daniele was very friendly and lives upstairs and speaks english. The appartment was very clean en well equipped wiht microwave washing machine fridge and so on. also nice welcome bottle of wine and coffee and olive oil was given! very friendly. The place was very central for trips to florence/luca/pisa/pistoria or the sea near pisa. Close to the freeway. We surely recommend this residence if you want to visit beautiful toscany!!

Weekend di Pasqua come a casa
Daniele e Annalisa sono degli host meravigliosi, simpatici e disponibili. L'appartamento è veramente molto bello, grande, curato, pulito e accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato le tante piccole attenzioni a noi riservate, dal prosecco per festeggiare Pasqua, ai cioccolatini per i bimbi, ai prodotti per doccia e bagno messi a disposizione con professionalità quasi come in hotel. Il verde e la pace esterna tipica dei borghi toscani hanno fatto da cornice a questo piacevolissimo weekend pasquale. Consigliatissimo!

Eine Woche Herbstferien in der Tascana
Sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, bei Nachfrage nach Feuerholz für den Kamin haben wir am nächsten Tag gleich 4 Kisten voll mit Feuerholz vor der Tür stehen gehabt. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, einerseits sehr ruhig gelegen, andererseits sind größere Städte wie Pisa, Florenz etc. nicht weit weg und einen Besuch unbedingt wert. Wir haben es sogar geschafft einen Abstecher ans Meer in der Nähe von San Vincenzo zu machen und zu baden, wohlgemerkt Ende Oktober:-).

Ottima esperienza
Io ed i miei amici abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. L'appartamento è molto carino e spazioso ed è ben collegato con Lucca, Firenze e tante altre località vicine, dato che dista pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e dalla stazione degli autobus. I signori Daniele e Annalisa sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta ed esigenza senza esitazione. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un appartamento tranquillo e spazioso ben collegato al resto della Toscana.

Endroit parfait pour un premier séjour en Toscane.
Maison très spacieuse et propre avec tout le confort nécessaire et notamment la climatisation indispensable pour les périodes caniculaires. Les chambres et la literie est parfaite et bien appréciable pour se reposer des journées très chaudes de visites! Entre Pise et Florence, au pied des villages pittoresques des montagnes Toscanes. Villes magnifiques comme Lucca et Pistoia etc...

Nuit au calme
Une pause au calme dans un quartier résidentiel . Le logement est très propre et surtout très grand . On pourrait y vivre à 6 ou 8 tellement les pièces sont spacieuses . Mais il n’y a que 4 couchages . Le descriptif est très réalistes , le bon point est de pouvoir se stationner devant le logement sur une place privative .

Großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir (Eltern mit Kind, 7 Jahre) sind von der Wohnung begeistert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen, der unkomplizierte Kontakt über WhatsApp war auch jederzeit möglich. Die Wohnung ist groß und komfortabel, die Lage ist ruhig und in der Gegend gibt es viele tolle Orte, die wir besucht haben (Florenz, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Punta Bianca, Terme di Petriolo, San Gimignano, Monte Prana). Der Coop in der Nähe bietet auch sämtliche Lebensmittel an, die man benötigt. Einzig und allein in der Küche vermissten wir ein paar Dinge wie z.B. eine Schere, ein scharfes Messer zum Schneiden von Fleisch und Gemüse und einen Pfannenwender. Da wir diese Utensilien aber preiswert im Coop bekommen haben, ist es nicht gerechtfertigt, hierfür einen Stern abzuziehen. Insgesamt war es ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, den wir nur empfehlen können.

Un soggiorno fantastico, Host impeccabili
Volevamo visitare le città d'arte dell'alta toscana e avevamo bisogno di un alloggio come base da cui spostarci. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento di Annalisa e Daniele, due host cordialissimi e pronti a soddisfare tutte le nostre necessità, oltre che ad aiutarci nell'organizzare le mete da visitare prodigandosi in consigli e suggerimenti. La'appartamento è grande e confortevole, completo di una vera cucina, compresa di lavastovglie, con tutto il necessario per poter cucinare e pranzare. Le camere, tutte riscaldate, si son fatte apprezzare per la pulizia, l'ordine e la comodità dei letti. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per la colazione: caffè, biscotti, crema spalmabile, fette biscottate e tanti ciccolatini. La posizione della casa poi si è rivelata azzeccatissima, ideale per raggiungere Pisa, Lucca e Pistoia, oltre a le tante altre piccole gemme dei dintorni. Per concludere non posso che ringraziare Annalisa e Daniele per il piacevole soggiorno, esperiena da ripetere sicuramente.. Giovanni Farella

Alloggio a Borgo a Bucciano
L'alloggio è davvero bellissimo e nuovo. L'interno è molto spazioso e dotato di tutte le comodità con un arredamento curato e di buon gusto. C'è anche uno spazio esterno con un bel giardino. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Vivamente consigliato
