Tranquil Country Apt at Bullard

Simple living at this secluded country apartment, just a short distance from Bullard, Tyler, Lindale, Lake, Tyler and Lake Palestine, you’ll enjoy your time here tucked away among the Piney Woods and huge Oaks on our place.
Equipped with a Queen size Murphy Bed to maximize living space, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and kitchen with full-size fridge, microwave, Keurig, and toaster. Enjoy the huge back porch/patio while grilling on the pellet grill or just sitting around the fire pit.
The space
The property total is 11 acres some wooded some open area. We live in the home beside the detached garage.
The private apartment is attached to the rear of the detached garage.
Guest access
You will have the whole apartment, your own covered porch/patio and yard with parking in the front of garage. Follow the sidewalk beside the garage to the apartment door under the covered patio. Feel free to wander around the acreage, but make sure you know the boundary of our acreage before going out.
Other things to note
There are many good places to eat and visit while you are staying here, too many to list here, so feel free to ask us the most current and nearby when you arrive.

Also, we have chosen only 2 guests available since we only have 1 Queen size bed, however if you have up to 2 children we do have a twin or full size air mattress available upon request.
