Things to do - Our condo offers easy access to a plethora of outdoor activities. Just steps away from your doorstep, Enjoy fishing, boating, or kayaking on the Colorado River. Embark on scenic hiking trails nearby and explore the beauty of the surrounding nature. For avid golfers, there are several top-notch golf courses within a short drive. Laughlin, Nevada, is within easy reach in 15 minutes. Laughlin has a laid-back atmosphere offering casinos, live entertainment, and dining experiences. One of the most iconic experiences in Laughlin is the Riverwalk, a charming pathway that winds along the riverbank and connects many of the area's hotels, casinos, and attractions. Take a 20-minute drive to beautiful Lake Mohave, nestled amidst the stunning landscapes of the American Southwest, Lake Mohave stands as a captivating oasis where natural beauty and recreational excitement converge. There are many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Nearby Oatman, a ghost town, known for its rich history, and quirky resident burros, who are descendants of the pack animals used by the early miners. These friendly burros roam the streets freely. ( The Mayor is a Burro named Walter), this Arizona gem offers a captivating blend of past and present, making it a must-visit destination for those seeking a taste of the Old West and a memorable escape from the modern world.

About the Space - This charming condo offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing you to unwind, recharge, and create lasting memories with your loved ones. This tastefully decorated and fully furnished condo has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a retreat on the shores of the River. Step out on the Private balcony overlooking the marina where you can savor your morning coffee, grill, or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets on the horizon. As a guest, you can have access to park your boat or personal watercraft overnight in the marina. You have access to an inviting outdoor swimming pool, take a refreshing dip or, soak up the sun on loungers. Soothe those sore muscles in the Hot Tub after a day of hiking or boating. Enjoy a game of pool in the clubhouse or get out of the sun for a few minutes and cool off in the clubhouse. The Clubhouse is in the swimming pool area.

There are HOA rules surrounding using the overnight marina, so please, contact me for those details at least 72 hours before your stay. The HOA will require a completed guest registration for all stays. Also, prime months will bring a challenge. Parking your boat and trailer may be tricky as it is first come first serve and the spots are tight.

While the Condo complex sits on the River, the unit is towards the highway side. The bedrooms experience some highway noise if you are a light sleeper, like me, Ambient noise or soft music easily masks it.

The garage is below the unit, you will walk about 15 stairs to get into the unit. The unit itself is one level. There is another unit above you.

The river flow water level will depend on the Davis Dam water release schedule and, can go very low during certain times. Davis Dam has an app that you can download if you are interested in the water flow levels of the river. It is strongly advised not to launch unless the flow is 3 or greater.
