It has a complete kitchen, with the lounge/dining room looking out toward the ocean, the undercover patio area and an in-ground swimming pool. The newly renovated bathroom boasts a bathtub as well as a walk-in shower.
The master bedroom in the upper level features a magnificent king-sized bed with a direct view of the ocean. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds, the bathroom also has a bathtub as well as a shower, and the large kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. A large balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean.
The house is air-conditioned throughout, and WiFi is provided. The lock-up garage contains a washing machine and dryer and room for at least one vehicle, and a carport can accommodate another one.
