Eine Woche auf Ameland
Wir wollten eine Woche mit unseren beiden Teenager an die See. Da uns die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung zusagte, ging es nach Buren. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und komplett eingerichtet. In der Wohnanlage war es sehr ruhig, auch wenn wir uns die meiste Zeit auƟerhalb verbracht haben. Von hier kann man alles zu FuƟ erreichen, ob Strand, Spar Markt, Pizza oder Pommes. Uns persƶnlich hat die Wohnung und die Gegend sehr gut gefallen, kƶnnen wir wƤrmstens empfehlen. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren zu viert + Hund in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Besonders das Engagement des Vermieters in Bezug auf die Bereitstellung von BettwƤsche und HandtĆ¼chern war wirklich super. Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral - Restaurants,Pizzeria , Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle und der Strand in direkter NƤhe šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ˜˜

Die Insel ist wunderschƶn. Im Vorfeld hat der Vermieter leider auf 3 schriftliche Anfragen innerhalb von 3 Monaten zur SchlĆ¼sselĆ¼bergabe nicht reagiert. Bei der Agentur wurden auch keine entsprechenden Daten von ihm hinterlegt. Zusagen hat der Vermieter wƤhrend des Aufenthaltes auch nur nach mehrmaligen Anfragen erledigt. DafĆ¼r bittet er die Mieter um die Entfernung von grĆ¶ĆŸeren Mengen Vogelkots auf dem Balkon, um die Ablesung seines Strom- und WasserzƤhlers. Die Wohnung ist sehr schƶn. Die Einrichtung funktional. Leider befinden sich die Kuchenutensilien in einem teils stark verschmutzen Zustand und waren nicht zu nutzen (Kaffeemaschine, Teekanne etc.) In der Wohnanlagen gibt es zahlreiche weitere Wohnungen, die wir bei einem nƤchsten Aufenthalten mieten werden.

Ich hatte einen super Aufenthalt in der tollen Wohnung. Sie ist toll eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man zum alltƤglichen Leben benƶtigt hat. Die Lage ist top und der EigentĆ¼mer ist sehr nett. Wir haben uns sauwohl in der Wohnung gefĆ¼hlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Prettig verblijf
We hebben een paar fijne dagen doorgebracht in het appartement. Het was schoon bij aankomst en alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Het is een ruim appartement met een balkon op het zuiden. Enige minpuntje is dat de koekenpannen aan vervanging toe waren. Verder alles prima.

Leuk appartement met smal balkon. Alleen Duitse zenders op tv. Beheerder zou dit verhelpen is echter niet gekomen zodat we de hele week geen tv hebben gezien.

Sehr zufrieden
FĆ¼r eine Woche frische Seeluft, Radfahren und Sand am Strand Ende April war diese FeWo eine ideale Basis. Sehr ordentlich und komplett ausgerĆ¼stet, dazu prima Betreuung durch den Vermieter und das Serviceteam, Fahrradverleih, Supermarkt und Snackbar um die Ecke, dazu noch GlĆ¼ck mit dem Wetter - perfekt. Die Restaurantpreise auf Ameland fanden wir allerdings sehr heftig, wie wird das wohl in der Hochsaison aussehen? Und wenn die Wahnsinnsmengen LeihfahrrƤder von all den anderen Verleihern dann auch noch alle unterwegs sind - ob das wohl ziemlich voll wird? Wir fanden es zu dieser Jahreszeit jedenfalls wunderschƶn und haben die Insel und diese FeWo sehr genossen.

fijn appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht
Eigenaar reageert niet op vragen via de mail. De pannenset is oud en wat versleten. Hoofdkussens en matrasovertrek niet fris. Verder is het appartement brandschoon en alles is aanwezig. We hadden wel een dingetje met de TV, waarop alleen de Duitse zenders geprogrammeerd stonden. De beheerder heeft ons hierbij fantastisch geholpen. Onder de streep: een prima en ruim appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht. Balkon met veel zonueren :-)

Wel wat gedateerd interieur en servies (geen goede koekenpan bijv.) en eigenaar reageerde niet op mails en hoe inchecken zou gaan. Opvallend dat er geen rookmelders waren voor onze veiligheid. Verder prima.
