For rent apartment in excellent location in Burgh-Haamstede.

On excellent location 1 to 6 person holiday apartment in Burgh-Haamstede with private parking and 2 terraces. The terraces are oriented towards the south-southwest. Washing machine is also present. The garden can be completely closed with a fence. Dogs are allowed!
The house is located on recreation park Duinrand East with a shop, canteen with bar, snack bar, game room and entertainment for the children. It is also located directly on the nature reserve "Boswachterij Westenschouwen" and the "Zeepeduinen" and 5 min from the 21 km long sandy beach. Excellent cycling and hiking area with various marked routes (bicycles available). Landal Resort Haamstede are our neighbors .. Activities nearby such as: gliding, horseback riding, golf, Neeltje Jans, but there are also interesting old towns and villages in the area such as Zierikzee, Dreischor, Brouwershaven, Middelburg, Goes and Vlissingen. In short, you will experience a very pleasant time here in Zeeland (Schouwen-Duiveland).

Eine Reise wert
Diese Unterkunft war (fast) genauso wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter war erreichbar bei Problem mit dem Fernseher und kam auch direkt raus um zu helfen. Die Unterkunft war angenehm ruhig und einfach aber trotzdem komfortabel. Die Umgebung war toll. Strand in der Nähe, Wald in der Nähe, innerhalb der Anlage auch nette Nachbarschaft. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Eine sehr schöne Woche an der Nordsee
Wir waren die letzte September Woche in Burgh-Haamstede. Die Unterkunft war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber. Alles was man benötigt, war in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ( Herr de Jonge )ist von Anfang an sehr gut und freundlich verlaufen. Werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Hübsches Haus mit allem Notwendigen
Wir haben uns samt Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wurde, inclusive kleinem Garten mit Tisch, Stühlen und Gartenliege. Sehr sauber und gepflegt! Netter, sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Als erstes muss man sagen das alles Tip Top sauber war! Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Von der Anmeldung bis Abreise alles Perfekt. Kann man nur empfehlen !!

Großes Haus mit schönem Garten
Wir haben eine wudervoll ruhige Woche in dem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Im Gsrten findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen und unseren Hund konnten wir auf der Parzelle frei laufen lassen. Der Strand und auch die Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind schnell zu erreichen. Es war einfach eine perfekte Woche!

Ich war mit meiner Familie in dem Ferienhaus zu Gast und wir hatten 3 schöne Tage. Das Haus hatte alles was wir gebraucht haben und war soweit schlicht, aber schön eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Strand war super.

Wir waren zu fünft 2 Erwachsene 3Kinder und zwei Hunde . Es war ausreichend Platz. Geschäfte sehr nah ließen sich gut erreichen. Strand war toll und sauber. Hundeaualauf direkt hinter dem Platz super.

Ferienhaus sauber, aber renovierungsbedürftig
Das Haus war sauber, aber die Einrichtung und Gartenmöbel sind stark abgewohnt. Es müsste dringend renoviert werden, vor allem bei diesem Mietpreis. Leider kein Backofen und Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Alle Fenster mit undurchsichtiger Folie beklebt, so daß man kaum rausschauen konnte. 1 !! Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden. In der Wohnungsbeschreibung steht, Spannbetttücher, aber nicht welche Größe. Wir hatten zu kleine mit, zum Glück noch Laken mit eingepackt. Zum Gasablesen muss man über Gerümpel steigen, um an den Kasten zu kommen. Haben schon in vielen Ferienhäusern gewohnt, dieses zählt leider zu den schlechten.

Sehr schöner Ort, sehr ruhig
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf einer Schrebergartenanlage. Es ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Allerdings halten sich nicht alle, bzw. nur die wenigsten an die Leinenpflicht ihrer Hunde auf dem Gelände. Das Häuschen selbst ist gut eingerichtet, die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem. Die Küche ist brauchbar, mir persönlich fehlte ein Backofen. Das Bad ist schlicht aber sauber. Für die verbrannte Rasenfläche auf dem Grundstück kann niemand etwas. Es war einfach zu heiss. An sich ist der Platz empfehlenswert.

Klasse Lage
Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet und sehr gut für Hunde geeignet. Kleinere Hunde die mal gerne ausbüxen, würden hier aber Wege finden. Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß 25 bis 35 min, die Hundewiese(Düne) ist 5 min (zu Fuß) entfernt.

Mit Hund super, aber nicht direkt am Stand
Die Lage ist an sich super. Direkt am Hundefreilaufgebiet und ca. 20 min zur Stadt. Zum Strand könnte man theoretisch auch laufen, aber ist ca. Eine halbe Stunde durch den Wald. Mit Hund bzw. zum Spazierengehen liegt das Haus perfekt, auch ganz nah am Naturpark. Der Hundestrand ist sehr gross und auch nicht zu überlaufen. Das Objekt selbst benötigt einige Renovierungen. Die Möbel und Ausstattung sind alt, das Tor geht schwer auf und zu, in einem Zimmer riecht es sehr muffig. Fahrrad und Wlan-Benutzung kostet nochmal extra.

Vooral de locatie van de woning is perfect. De woning zelf is enigzins gedateerd, met name het toilet. Jammer dat voor alle extra's nog betaald moet worden. Ik had het in eerste instantie niet eens gezien, maar het staat helemaal onderaand de advertentie. Dus let op je gasverbruik, denk eraan dat fietsen internet etc allemaal nog nabelast worden. NIet echt leuk en ik heb het niet eerder meegemaakt

Ruhige Lage, Familien und Hundefreundlich
Wir ( 5 Personen, 4, kleine Hunde) haben uns wohl gefühlt, es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Möbel,sind wie in vielen Ferienhäusern, etwas zusammengewürfelt. Die Gartenmöbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, diese könnten mal erneuert werden. Zum Strand läuft man, durch einen kleinen Wald gemütlich gut 30 Minuten oder ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Parkplatz am Strandaufgang ist kostenpflichtig. Bäckerei ist auch ziemlich weit weg ( Auto oder Fahrrad ein muss). Das einzige was uns störte das nichts fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen war.

Heerlijk verblijf in een comfortabele bungalow
Heerlijk verblijf.Fijne bungalow.Alles is aanwezig.Goede verwarming en warmwatervoorziening.Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars.Bijv.Wij vroegen of er een broodrooster aangeschaft kon worden...De volgende dag bracht Peter een fijne broodrooster.Fijn huis prachtige omgeving.Mijn hond heeft ook genoten...park uitlopen en je bent meteen in de Boswachterij.Heerlijk!!!Kortom: we komen zeker terug.Florence Langenhof-Lockefeet

Für einen Urlaubvöllig ausreichend . Hier und da könnte mal was erneuert oder ausgetauscht ( Gartenmöbel , Sonnenschirm ) werden . Ansonsten zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Platz liegt in einer super Gegend.
