This is a brand new listing. Furnished with all new bedding, furniture and accessories. This is a cozy cottage home full of Kentucky Charm. The entrance to the Dale Hollow State Park Marina & Lake is only 1/8mile from the driveway of the cottage. This cozy and comfortable cottage was completely renovated with love and care in 2024, and is being listed for the first time. The cottage is furnished with brand new comfortable sofas, new beds and premium bedding. The cottage has 2 Queen beds, 1 Full bed, 2 Twin bed’s, 1 Daybed.
Couples, Families, Fishermen, Golfers and Children are all welcome.
The cottage features 3 separate sleeping areas, made up of the main queen bedroom downstairs, another queen bedroom upstairs and an upstairs’ sleeping loft with 1 full size bed and two twins. The upstairs of the home also includes a half bath. Downstairs, a daybed iis located adjacent to the laundry room. This is a small alcove size room. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. The cottage also contains a sofa sleeper downstairs. . Each sleeping area is furnished with a smart television.
A landline phone for emergencies and local calls is provided for guests and is located in the master bedroom.

If you’re looking for places to eat, we have several nearby. Dale Hollow Sweets is right around corner, the milkshakes, cupcakes and fudge our favorites. The Bait Shop next to Dale Hollow Sweets, offers breakfast (we love the pork tenderloin sandwiches) and the lodge at the State Park also has a restaurant serving American Fare. This is a 3 minute drive from the cottage. Last, the very fun “Mikes Landing “ located at Sulphur Creek Resort, is only a 12 minute drive by car. Mikes landing has live music and a waterfront bar/restaurant that can be reached by boat or car.
Our charming little town of Burkesville is a short drive and has several delicious restaurants. Our favorites are Marcies County Kitchen, Annie Ruby’s Cafe and the IGA grocery store.
