The disclaimers are NEEDED
We stay at Vrbo's at least 2 times a month. This is the first time we have experienced a Vrbo such as this one. There are disclaimers that should be placed on this property. The site itself, is breathtakingly beautiful. No pictures could do it justice. However some things that you SHOULD know before you go. The GPS will not be able to get you to the right address, just to a sign that states its down the road. Also there is no cell service anywhere on these roads so we had to drive 20 minutes back to the main road just to call the lady that we couldn't find the place. There were no check in instructions or check out instructions. The kitchen doesn't have a stove or sink. This should be listed. Most importantly there is NO SERVICE in 90% on the cabin. You need to be on the front porch and there no WIFI. I am all about disconnecting from the world and would have fully prepared to do so had I known in advance. The owned will luck out though, i left a movie projector kit with a 10 ft screen. Hopefully someone else will get to enjoy. The property itself was decent but we were really just not prepared to be that secluded without the ability to be accessible for emergencies. These getaways are to help us recharge and we truly debated going back into town in fear we couldn't be reached if an emergency happened and with kids back at home, that is NOT a good feeling as a parent.
