Our stay was okay. Outdoor pool area and breakfast was nice. The room we stayed in was really damp which made for an uncomfortable stay. The room was also quite small. I wouldn’t got back for the price we paid.

This property has very good dining options within easy walking distance. Courtyard with outdoor pool is quite lovely. Moses, at the Front Desk, was very helpful and friendly. This wasn't a planned stay but rather a flight cancellation necessity at the Burlington airport. I chose it because of the 24 hour shuttle service to and from the hotel. I wish it had been under different circumstances and I had longer than 6 hours to enjoy the property. Burlington Airport would get a rating of "0" due to the numerous delays, flight canellations and other travel related problems. Unfortuantely, this airport is the only option. If my family was not living near I would not recomment this flight destination.

Even though it looks like in sort of recent years they did updates, It seems like a major overhaul should happen. My room had a damp feel the entire time, and smelled musty. Very noisy. Into the late evening and again all morning, lots of slamming doors to where the walls of my room shook. The single queen/full room I had was definitely not worth $486 for two nights based off quality. They charge a lot just because of location it seems. Won’t stay there again.

The queen room was small and I would have liked more room, even with this trip being solo. The restaurant was ok...I waited about 45 minutes for my salad and the salmon on it was overcooked and inedible. Right off the highway which is convenient, but also while biking to the center of Burlington, you are biking with traffic moving on and off of highways, which is not so pleasant. The price was good and the breakfast was above average. I enjoyed oatmeal with real maple syrup, and local yogurt with granola.

Generally good place and staff are superb. We really enjoy the windows can open and let in fresh air. We've stayed on a number of occasions, and obvious updates have been made over time. All are good EXCEPT for the beds! Sleeping in room 353 was like sleeping on a jar of marshmallow fluff. Our backs were killing us in the morning.

Walking distances to food , gas, coffeehouses.outside pool appeared to very nice and clean . Breakfast was good . Room was muggy, bathroom sink was slow to drain and lightbulb was burnt out, after letting front desk know they fixed the issue .

Customer service was exceptional and room was clean. The outdoor pool was very clean. I was highly disappointed that the restaurant was not open as that is one of the reasons we booked there. We were able to go across the street and have a nice meal. There was a smell to the room that was not pleasant but was bearable (candle helped, I always bring one). Not sure if I would book there again. If I did it would have to be when the restaurant is open.

One night and worth every penny.
Exceptional stay- very clean room, pool. Everyone was very friendly. My only complaint was the air conditioner- very hard to regulate the air temperature. It was either hot or cold. Loved the coffee machine with milk options in the lobby, and the cookies. Breakfast was delicious.
