Driving down the red gravel road into Villa Saltus, you will set your eyes upon the sweeping orchard and surrounding bushland. As you step through the front door and into the main foyer you will immediately feel welcome and ease into holiday mode by the Tuscan inspired design of this home. Villa Saltus is all about spacious and relaxing living with entertaining in mind.
The open plan concept of the home makes it the perfect location for entertaining, whilst still retaining an intimate and cozy vibe. A 10-seat dining table flows on from the open kitchen and formal sitting area, with a large fireplace to keep you warm during the warmer months. A large wrap around veranda runs off this living dining area, with various breakout areas, where you can fully unwind and appreciate the views across the treetops. To the left of this area is a sunken courtyard with open BBQ fire pit and bar fridge for smaller more intimate gatherings.
On the ground floor guests can choose from a queen bedroom and a bunk room that sleeps four guests. Adjacent to these two rooms is a bathroom with a shower and heated towel rails. A small powder room is also on this floor.
Upstairs take your pick of the luxurious king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, or the queen bedroom with an office desk and monitor to plug in your laptop if working away from the office on your travels.
All bedrooms are equipped with oil heaters for the cooler months. Linen and towels are provided for all guests and laundered at the end of your stay. The bathrooms are supplied with locally made shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash for your convenience.

Around the property you will find plenty of space to unwind, with native plants and trees providing protection and shelter from the seasonal weather as well as providing privacy for you and your guests. The orchard boasts a variety of fruit trees, available for guests to use, and fresh eggs laid daily from the resident chickens
