The hotel is generally nice and located in a good shopping/dining area. Room was smaller than expected, and needed a little bit of upkeep (one beside lamp attached to the wall was loose and hanging down, TV control box was hanging below the wall-mounted TV). Sink area was small. Unfortunately the bathroom had an awful smell, that I assume was coming from water in the toilet. We had to keep the door shut all the time, otherwise the whole room would smell also.

Great property with modern amenities. Excellent location right by subway line. Clean and professional. Wish they could give out more hangers in the room since they have closet space. 24/7 Laundry shop behind the property is convenient for us. Great rooms with lovely toiletries. Clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was not good (for western taste). Lovely cafe on first floor serving delicious coffee, cakes, pastries and sandwiches. Very good location just beside Lotte department store and five minutes from metro.
