From the lobby and the building it appears like a great hotel. The staff is also professional. But when we got to our suite I was greatly disappointed in the old furniture and 80’s purple toilet and cracked tile. We will not stay here again.

The hotel did nothing to find us a room that was ready; they stuck to their 3 p.m. check-in rule. We asked to speak to the front desk manager. He did nothing to help us. Upholding their rules supercedes helping the guest or making them comfortable. Conrad Hilton's mantra for his hotels was "be hospitable". This hotel should learn that lesson.

Booked a couple of nights with access to executive lounge. Well worth the extra cost. Separate more personal checkin/checkout. During checkin, I discovered that I had dropped my wallet in the cab from the airport. Staff jumped on the task to track down the cab and arranged for the wallet to be returned within an hour. Top notch service.

Everyone in this hotel is super friendly! And English speakers. Location is perfect. Close to cafes, subways, bus, trains etc It’s like the center of the world! The rooms and the pools are very clean. There’s so many fun things to do in Busan.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The entire property is clean and very well maintained. Our room was spotless. Our beds were very comfortable to sleep in as well. The hotel is walking distance from the subway and there are a ton of places to eat/dine at close by. Highly recommend Lotte Hotel!
