Loved how the staff spoke English **! They were so nice and helpful! They answered any questions about the area. When they heard a plan, or a need they were generous with suggestions and options! They helped with the timing and scheduling for event bookings and airport return. Although things were more spartan than our usual American style- we never felt lacking in any way! Loved O2H - hope to stay again! Definitely will recommend to friends and family!!

A great place to stay
The room was very clean and reminded me of a studio apartment minus the kitchen. It has a little entryway where you can leave your shoes. It is the only hotel I’ve stayed at where I felt comfortable going barefoot because the floor looked and felt very clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and attentive, offering to order food delivery, taxis, and recommendations for food. It is in a good location for restaurants and the outdoor markets. My parents enjoyed the sauna/spa, which seemed to be a more traditional type with different temperature pools. The massage was very reasonably priced, 60,000won for a 60 min massage. My dad said we should just live here :)

I had a lovely stay at this hotel for 4 days. It's just a couple of minutes from a main metro line and right by Korea's largest fish market, Jalgalchi Market. I liked that the room was well-designed, had heated floors, and was very comfortable! The staff is also great as the person checking me in gave me a thorough overview of the area and what there was to see. The only downside of the hotel is the area around the hotel can be a bit smelly, likely because of the port/fish. But, other than that, I really enjoyed my stay as the hotel was eco-conscious, comfortable, and had a convenient location!

Hotel was clean and beautiful, very near the metro station. Hotel staff provided very good service and even went above and beyond to introduce local delicacies that were great and not to miss. Also provided assistance to our enquiries to the local attraction be it booking or the best way to enjoy them. Will come back to stay if I’m back in busan.

I think it's the boss himself that is at the reception. He is super helpful and recommended many places to eat. Also assisted us in direction and greeted us with a smile when we return to the hotel. Bed was super comfortable, warm flooring, great air circulation. Nice toilet! And Spacious! Hope he can increase the washer and dryer :) Overall highly recommended and will definitely return if I'm in Busan!

The hotel is quite easy to find and there are many dining options in the area. It is near the metro and Jagalchi market is near. As we have elderly in our group, they are happy to be near the market. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Helped with calling the taxi and provide overview of the area, places of interest and dining recommendations.
