Positioned on a large elevated bush block surrounded by soaring gum trees and native bushland, Eagle Vista has great views through the treetops to the turquoise waters of Eagle Bay.

Eagle Bay is just a 7-minute drive from the shopping, cafe and restaurant hub of Dunsborough, and bordered by the bay and walking tracks through Meelup Regional Park. Ideally positioned to enjoy the sparkling waters and shimmering sands of Eagle Bay Beach, Bunker Bay or the Old Dunsborough or Quindalup swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Eagle Vista is perfectly positioned to roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries of Margaret River, or the wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

Eagle Vista is two storey family home with extensive use of glass to fill the house with light and harness the solar passive benefits of the home’s orientation during winter. The large upper-level entertaining deck provides the feeling of being in the treetops and provides mesmerising views of the glistening waters of Eagle Bay – being the ideal place to enjoy BBQs and drinks with family and friends. The main living zone upstairs comprises open plan living, dining and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, hotplate, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine.

A separate games room downstairs offers a pool table and large Smart TV which provides a fantastic retreat for the kids and adults alike. This area accesses another alfresco space which offers a picturesque place to enjoy a BBQ or entertain. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand after a day in the surf.

A reverse cycle air conditioner in the living space upstairs and both upstairs bedrooms provides easy and effective climate control all year round.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
