This Eagle Bay holiday home features Vic Ash floorboards and high ceilings, a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house will accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.

With 4 separate bedrooms including a master bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite and spa bath, 2 additional queen bedrooms and a 4th with 2 singles. The bathrooms have vanities, showers and one bath.

The fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, spectacular sumptuous living/dining areas complete with large romantic open fireplace and a balcony for outdoor entertaining.

Downstairs there is a separate "games room" with a pool table.

A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
