Luxurious and spacious historic home one block off Main Street with 3 cozy master suites. Sleeps 8. Each suite features a comfy King Bed. One suite offers a sitting area, one an attached Living Room, and one an attached living room with queen sleeper sofa and two arm chairs. Each suite comes with attached private bath. All bedrooms offer 43 Inch TV s in the bedrooms and additional TV s in living rooms. Free WIFI throughout the house. One suite is on the first floor and the other two at the top of a grand staircase. The home also offers great amenities including a formal dining room, full kitchen, billiard room, and sitting room/sunroom with a collection of books to enjoy. There is also an outdoor deck with seating area for relaxation. Each suite offers a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave so you have the option of total privacy and all your comfort needs being met when you close the door but you also have the option of enjoying the amenities with your family and/or friends. Suite Retreat is Butler s Finest "Bed and Biscotti" and offers 24 hour coded door access for ease of check in and self serve coffee and biscotti. Prime downtown location just one block off historic Main St which offers Breweries, Restaurants, Shopping, Yoga and Fitness, a Public Library and Museums. From the house you can take a leisurely morning stroll to Cummings Coffee and Candy which is the oldest Family Owned Business in town. And during the day walk to numerous Locally owned restaurants and unique shops and by evening travel the brewery circuit or indulge in a craft cocktail all just steps from your front door. Great place to stay in downtown Butler conveniently located to everything. Quite street and nice people in area. Good yard space for dogs with the back yard fenced in. Nice place to stay for a quick weekend getaway to an extended stay.

We were attending a family reunion and needed something close to town. This was perfect. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The home is older with extreme characters! The suites were perfect for 3 couples. Hoping to stay again soon!

Very unique and full of charm
We stayed for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. We loved this unique old house. The suites were spacious and private. The beds were so comfy. We enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen has two refrigerators which was really nice as we had food and beverages for the weekend and were able to keep drinks cold. They have board games, books and dvds. (DVD player too!) The yard is nice and well landscaped. This beautiful old house had so much character that you could feel the history of the house! They also welcomed our Weiner dogs which we don’t like to leave behind, ever. We would recommend this house to anyone who likes a rustic, warm and cozy environment.

Out of Town Wedding
The perfect location for family to gather for an out of town wedding! There was plenty of privacy with the three suites and tons of space for gathering together. We were able to take advantage of the brewery within walking distance and shopping along Main Street. This house did not disappoint!

Amazing place to stay, very spacious!
We were staying here for my wedding! Check in and check out was very easy! Very spacious and each room had its only little spunk to it! Loved all the furniture and decorations. Everyone loved playing pool and sitting outside in the backyard. We had so much room and more for the people staying with us!
