After check in we went to our room, it smelled horrible like mildew. I turned on the bathroom fan and was going to open window. The window would barely open and there were two homeless RV's parked 5ft from our window and lots of noise and additional smells. Tried to talk to the staff and they were unwilling to help. Still trying to get a refund a month later. Please be aware of staying here.

Most comfortable bed Iā€™ve ever slept in! Crashed as soon as we checked in and didnā€™t get up until 15 minutes before checkout, so I canā€™t say much else about it, except that they were out of pillows, couldnā€™t provide us extras

When you check in you are told that you will have to come back to the front desk in the morning to get a breakfast coupon before you can get breakfast. What a waste of time. Why not just give it to me at check in. When I checked out I asked for a receipt. The clerk said that since I used a3rd party site he couldn't give me a receipt. I stayed at the same hotel the week before and the clerk had no difficulty printing the receipt. This is bogas bullsh t. I used my credit card to check in so why can't I get a recipt. Not going to stay again.

I was very disturbed with the lack of cleanliness in our room. I found garbage on the floor alongside the bed. After I showered, my foot was black from walking across the room so that was clearly not mopped. Also was disappointed with the breakfast - although it was a buffet breakfast - the pictures show waffle machines which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Even without that, there could have been more offered. There was lots of cracks in the walls and ceiling tiles too. Staff were friendly.
