Said it had a hot tub, but wasn't working or else they got rid of it. There was wood over it & a table & chairs. Pool was nice though. Room was paid for on Expedia, but got home to find they had billed my credit card. Still trying to get this resolved so not to happy. Decent breakfast room.

I am not sure if they were in the middle of a remodelling or not...the hallways and the public areas were dusty and dirty. However, our room was decent and the breakfast area was clean and they had good choices for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful!

Delayed check in two hours and then the room not stocked. Bed too high to get into and this was an accessable room? What a joke! The tv had no major networks or local stations and the desk people were no help! Overall in poor condition. Hallways dirty! Never again!!!!!

This place is absolutely disgusting. There are 3 other hotels on the same road. Spend the extra $10-$20 and stay there. We were given a room when we arrived went into the room and it had very clearly not been cleaned. Went back to the front desk where they gave us another room. Spent a night in the room then after going out for the day when we came back I pulled the bedding all the way back on my son's bed to find menstrual blood on the sheets. Went to the front desk where the desk agent was extremely apologetic and went to talk to her useless GM who refused to come and speak with me and left the brand new employee to deal with me (the day before this same employee didn't know how to create a room key she is obviously not equipped to help with an issue like this not her fault. She is new I don't expect her to have the answers) gm tells her to give me another room but to take me to check the sheets before we move. We pull back the bedding which had visible "love" stains on the sheets. I demanded a refund for at least a night instead the useless manager sent 3 brute men that smelled like BO to change the sheets in my current room. No refund. No apologies. Nothing to make it right. Aside from that all of that the grounds are disgusting with garbage all over the place. The showers have mold in them. The bed all have divots in the center like they're 30 years old. The hotel lobby is clean enough I guess but the hallways are filthy. They clearly have long stay guests living here.

The bed was played out. Tub was dirty. No toilet paper or Kleenex in the room. Apparently that was a problem with multiple peoples rooms. Would not stay here again.

We actually ended up leaving thats how horrible this place is. Check-in is at 3:00 and was told there were no clean rooms and it would be 15 more minutes. 2 hours later still no clean room and the manager refused to refund my money. I was also traveling with 3 kids under 4. They were crying after waiting around for 2 hours.This place is a joke and being ran by people who have no dea what they are doing. Hotels.com was also no help in helping me get a refund. I will not be using their services anymore.
