We came down for our 39th anniversary on Friday night, March 15th and checked in. We had a wonderful time. My husband went out to do a little fishing after dinner on Saturday night and I stayed back at the motel and ended up tripping and falling, completely my fault) and the staff was so so very nice to me calling 911. The manager stayed with me the whole time. I was very impressed. I will be back... For sure!

Not great at all.
We've stayed here over 20 times and this hotel seems to be getting run down. The towels had yellow stains on them, there was trash left in the drawers from previous guests, rust in the shower and half of the t.v. channels were blacked out a half were glitchy. We went for new years with the hopes of watching the ball drop but couldn't because the tv service was so poor. The guy at the front desk did make an effort to try and fix the tv but couldnt and even went to check another room to see if we should move rooms but all of the t.v.'s supposedly looked like that. I understand with staying on an island that service can be bad at times with the wind but this is the first time we've ever experienced such a bad stay. I think management needs to do a better job.

My room was very clean and nicely equipped. King size mattress was very confortable. Staff was friendly and polite. Evenings were nice and quiet. Location and parking convenient. My only complaint? First time I used the shower it took awhile for the hot water to build up, after that there was plenty. Only other complaint...there was a fish cleaning table but the exterior water was shut off with no way to turn on the hose onside. Girl at desk said it was because it was "off season."

Inexpensive older hotel. Most of the place was in good shape, but the bathtub was rusted and didn't have a drain stopper. Otherwise, I'd recommend the place.

I can't say anything really negative because our overnight stay was fine. The room was very dated and could use some new carpet for sure. Room was clean but had a musty smell. The TV clearly had been hung on the wall at one time but was now place on a dresser in the room and it sat real low to the floor which was strange. The staff was very nice an recommended a place for dinner that was very good.
